Cousin Jim takes you on the Condor for an early spring Bluefin Tuna fishing trip. 132 miles south of San Diego we found the Tuna!
Greg, is one of the absolute best BFT fisherman I have ever had the pleasure to fish with. Also makes killer grub! The Condor is an awesome operation... I fish her 2-3 times a season on the longer trips.
they have a new Captain Blake from the Sea Star he is a good fisherman so the boat will continue to do just fine this was only his second trip on this boat we were all over the fish but they just were not biting
You keep saying “Greg in the galley.” Greg is not only a cook. He’s like the boat manager and always one of the best fisherman on the boat. I first met him while running charters on the First String, then followed him to the Condor. On slow plunker bites, he’ll go out and hook and hand off about 5 or 6 tuna a trip. For those new guys at the rail, it makes the difference between a long boat ride and the fishing trip of their lives!
Greg in the galley is just a segment that is coming he hooked the only tuna on this trip he is a fisherman first you are correct in his ability
Let's go Matt!!! Good ol' Grande days 💯
He is an awesome deck hand tight lines!
You should definitely get on the Shogun, one of the best boats in the fleet
later this year I will
Nice video Jim. You went tuna fishing already? Man the weathers been nice the past few days. I gotta get my stuff ready.
first trip I caught a 100 150 and handed my rod to a guy that landed a 170 this trip we were all over the fish but they would not bite
Sweet!!!!
thanks for watching Bob
👍Capt. Blake🎣
he was all over the fish they just didn't bite
Yea bro 😎
sweet sweet boat
Is that the old Mascot IV ? Or VI ? Can’t remember if it was 4,5or 6
sorry I do not know
How much was it per person?
Roughly about $500 a day per person + tip and galley bill.
Oh and plus the additional bullsh!t gas charge(~$200-$300) you pay before getting on the boat.
$475 trip $30 fuel surcharge my galley bill was $14 total $529 plus tip
Yup 100 percent bullshit fuel surcharge didn't have a full boat so they robbed the customers for 30 more fucking bastards
@@cousinjim1 thank you for the heads up...
Not cool having those pricy fish sitting in big tubs in the sun🙄🤔Waiting to be processed.
Those are all ice filled tubs and straight to the processer. they have to come off the boat and then get weighed then sent to a processer or taken home.
