  • People need to remember that horses are bigger, stronger and faster than any human. I went flying off my horse when he spun around. I hit the ground with my lower back. My stirrups were too long, I couldn’t 2-point. Lesson learned, I never fell off for the next 23 years of riding him.

  • I wish people weren't so willing to put $40,000 dollars into something that's only worth $0.37 cents a pound. Start with good breeding and good breaking and the rest will follow.

    @et6036@et60362 ай бұрын
    • Well! A horse is worth so much! No matter the breed! You have to get them broke and green broke! Don't be taken over by a horse that that is not yet trained!!

  • If you feel your horse start to play up turn them in a circle and once they stop flex them either side, then just stand still and start again. This works for me 😊

  • 0:55 is terrifying. When the horse lands in your body, permanent damage is inevitable. Happened to a friend of mine. she fell under the horse and horse landed on her left calf. Got completely crushed, she has a big dent in her leg up until today, needs to wear support stockings and take blood thinner for the rest of her life. She was 20 when it happened.

  • Always remember when a horse is rearing they physically cant if you push them into a trot and with bucking they cant do it if you make them flex (eg circles) I have a VERY spicy 5yo and lets just say he's tried it all on me 😭just remember to try keep calm and turn them on a circle or do a one reign stop if warranted, it was the only way to stop him from dragging me down the arena!

  • Who falls off horses more women or men and why

    @johnvictorvaldez592@johnvictorvaldez5924 ай бұрын
    • These days most pleasure riding is done by women, so probably women? Go back to when riding was more common, would have been men as men take more risks

      @averycheesypotato@averycheesypotato4 ай бұрын
    • Agreed, women. It's in the numbers as @avery said. Unfortunately, we all fall off, men and women, experienced and inexperienced. It's the nature of the beast (pun intended).

And when they caught her she saw me and was like. Oh yeaaaah you fell off oopsy daisy😅
