  • Hard to believe that almost five years have passed since this was first played by this group of great musicians. Is this really the era of the best music ever? I am beginning to think it is, what with all the freedom to play and explore, and the great equipment that is available, and the fine musicians playing super-fine songs. I am content most days to just listen to KZhead and let my old favorites from the 60s-70s-80s rest on my spare hard drives. Martin Miller has collected as good a group of musicians as ever played to gether, and the drum stylings of Felix Lehrmann are second to none in my book. Thank you to the Martin Miller players, and to KZhead for bringing them to a wider public.

The whole rhythm section of keys, bass and drums are making the solos shine!!! Bravo, Gary is super proud of this wherever he’s at for sure

  • I NEVER tiring of listening to Martin and his band plus guests. A true YT treasure trove of top musicianship where their passion for their craft is so evident. This is an absolutely superb version of a blues classic - quite how Martin knows which notes that lie outside of the 'norm' I don't know but again it's testimony to his musicianship.
