But both games ended within less than 7 points of eachother. If not for brees Foles might have 2 rings right now. Especially that 2018 post-Super Bowl win run he was making. You say it’s a dumb call because of the result, and you have a point there, but you’re also ignoring that: 1. It wasn’t a bad pass by Wilson. It was just an INCREDIBLE defensive play by Butler. Remember, Butler was a rookie that was brought off the bench mid-game. He’s the one that was defending the incredible Kearse catch that put the Hawks that close in the first place. 2. Lynch was stopped on the previous play by an Herculean tackle by Hightower. The Pats were prepared for another Lynch run. The pass wasn’t the worst call, until Butler shocked us all with that play.

7:06 I witnessed beast quake live. I had nose bleeds in the upper deck. Amazing atmosphere all game but as soon as marshawn got through the middle the entire place literally just erupted. I had a pizza box that was literally vibrating it was so loud. The stadium was shaking. This was also my first ever live Seahawk game. I was 10.

Remember, Butler was a rookie that was brought off the bench mid-game. He’s the one that was defending the incredible Kearse catch that put the Hawks that close in the first place. 2. Lynch was stopped on the previous play by an Herculean tackle by Hightower. The Pats were prepared for another Lynch run. The pass wasn’t the worst call, until Butler shocked us all with that play.
