The original theatrical trailer for the 2000 film "Scream 3." Starring Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox Arquette, Patrick Dempsey, Scott Foley, Jenny McCarthy, Parker Posey, Deon Richmond, Kelly Rutherford, Patrick Warburton, Lance Henriksen, Roger L. Jackson. Written by Ehren Kruger. Directed by Wes Craven.
And this completes the classic trilogy. RIP Wes Craven. The master of horror.
I’ll never forget watching this trailer for the first time in late 99 and losing my shit with excitement
J Texas same here. My favorite trilogy.. until they ruined it with some random horrible unnecessary 4th film. One of the worst movies ever. I mean ever. I’m not even gonna mention the tv series.
Me too i was like 9 and obsessed love all the scream movies
Me too! Though I was disappointed they went light on the gore.... Now I enjoy it for the performances.... and this one has more physical stunts....
@@zachb3573 I pretend there is no 4th
Oh come on 4 made more sense and felt more in line with the first two. 3 was a bit took comedic and not as dark or sinister.
I remember seeing this teaser trailer in November ‘99 when I saw Sleepy Hollow on opening night.
My favorite Scream movie!! Hello Sidney, welcome to the final act! I Love It ❤
1:06 that part the knife toss is ace
Scream 5 better have this type of trailer!
best trailer in the series
GREAT SCREAM III (2000 ) THEATRICAL TRAILER !!!!
It is almost time for Halloween and My favorite time of the year.
I like the fourth one but Scream 3 had a perfect ending :(
"Perfect ending"... lol
It did
agreed
Plus Roman was the best GhostFace. He was so smart by manipulating people into certain situations and getting them right where he wanted. Its like he was playing a game of chess with them. Not only is he smart, but he is quite strong too. He took on 7 people in under an hour all by himself, inwhich other Ghostfaces needed an accomplice. He also orchestrated everything right from the get go and set everything in motion. The fact Roman managed to manipulate events and was clever enough to use things like bullet proof vests makes him the perfect ambodiment of Ghostface. It's a shame about Scream 3s writing. If the new Scream movie uses GhostFace in the same way as Roman, but with the same aesthetics and writing as the first movie, then we have a perfect sequel to the original Scream in my opinion. The directors already have said they are getting rid of the campiness and making it more grounded, darker and realistic, inwhich the first movie was. Glad they're paying homage to the original because the added campiness and cheese in the sequels hurt the franchise a little bit.
Fuck off, it ruined Billy and Stu by making them just pawns to some lost half-brother.
best film in the series by far
Damo Davies agreed. this is my favorite horror movie but 3 of my favorite out of the 4. this is everyone’s least favorite and i don’t understand why.
The problem with Scream 3 is that there’s no substance between Sidney and the killer. Sidney and a Roman never interact until their face off, where in the other movies she was facing someone she used to trust.
YES!!!! Perfectly said.
True. It's the biggest handicap in the film. The killer is just someone who roams here and there during the film. It didn't help either trying to make it the grand mastermind since the first film (with a powerpoint presentation and all).
The ultimate SCREAM!. 😊
I kinda hope do this type of trailer for Scream 2022
Love the music in this
Time For The Final Act

Scream 3 is a 2000 American slasher film directed by Wes Craven and written by Ehren Kruger. It stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Patrick Dempsey, Scott Foley, Lance Henriksen, Matt Keeslar, Jenny McCarthy, Emily Mortimer, Parker Posey, Deon Richmond, and Patrick Warburton. Released as the third installment in the Scream franchise, it was the concluding chapter of the series until the franchise was revived in 2011 with a sequel, Scream 4.
YEAH WE KNOW, MORON
Sucks Scream 3 had PG-13 killings because of that massacre at that school. Dimension should have waited couple more years to be able to make Scream 3 the way it should have been.
lol
WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ready to for scream 5
that scene at the very end doesn't happen? well Ghostface doesn't appear
Yes it does. It’s when he stabs Cotton at the beginning but it happens fast and it cuts to Cottons face and the Scream 3 logo
This trailer is the greatest than scream 5!
I feel it’s very disrespectful to even associate this film with the legacy of Wes Craven. Honestly I forget this film even exists until the new films come out and I rewatch all of them.
