  • I thought the green bits on top were chives since I frequently see that paired with potato dishes. Looks amazing though and I certainly prefer the ease of using parsley to add finishes touches of color. Dunno if I'm going to learn to do those folding techniques though, nice job on that one.

    • Some recipes use club soda or soda water instead of beer.
