If that's true, why have police and local jurisdictions paid over 1.5 BILLION dollars annually in police misconduct judgements and settlements if everyone committed a crime? Why are people released from prison and exonerated every year in America if they committed a crime? Oh yeah, I Can Go On and On and On and.....
