I love how this album allows everyone to reflect on a memory that is nostalgic, sad and/or positive. This album is a comfort album to me personally because it reminds me of the fall and all the cinnamon scented things I enjoyed as a child, along with Halloween and foggy, cool nights. This album is a true gift to me and a lot of other people alike.

Omg I agree how this playlist is so fall, it reminds me of my first semester at college, when I would walk through the city in the rain to attend my classes and just admire the fall weather. The orange leaves of the trees flying orange leaves everywhere, gloomy weather, Halloween/fall esp pumpkin decorations. All the rory gilmore tiktoks, also just falling in love with myself and enjoying my own company in a cute outfit at a cafe.

It's crazy how people find comfort more in a song than in a person. It's crazy how a song can remind someone of a person or a memory. It's crazy how people find a song comforting and relatable when for others, the song is just a simple one. It's crazy how every time someone listens to a song, they immediately think of a special person. It's crazy how sad songs can make you feel welcome and happy at a certain moment.

One of the best albums ever created. It reminds me so much of when I was kicked out of my family home after my mum assaulted me and I was separated from her by the police. I was driving to my nans in the pouring rain to move there for a while and listened to it the whole way. Since then I've lived in 3 different flats, had 2 new jobs, 2 new cats and I'm getting married. Life is just crazy man. Edit: Thank you all for your lovely comments. I’m indeed a married man now to my beautiful wife, but this album still brings me so much peace. Happy new year to you all and god bless you.

The amount of really late nights that I have sat with one of my closest friends in a cold and massive electrical Engineering Lab as I tried to study and then the lonely walk down empty Stellenbosch streets back to my Room, both while listening to this album are some of those quiet somber memories I will never forget. Stellenbosch is a beautiful town and a beautiful place to experience. But try your BEST to stay focused. I don't know how academically smart you are (Judging from your music taste I'm sure that IQ level is HIGH 😂) but do your best to stay focused and be open to critism and self improvement. Some of your fondest memories will come from your 4 (or 5, not uncommon to see 6) years there 😂. The you that walks out of there is goign to be so different from the one that went in. Currently it’s 1am right now. I’m listening to this beautiful album staring at the ceiling letting my brain get guided by the rhythm of each song. It’s the first hour of the day I officially turn into a teenager. Everyone is asleep but me, the only sound is heavy breathing. I have a good feeling that by listening to this album, it will mark my life as a teenager will be. Sad love songs with euphoric soft memories. I’m glad I got to listen to this album especially on this day. The music seems sad but it gives you such an emotion you cannot express. It started with apocalypse. A chilly winter evening, I was working at my restaurant and this popped up on my recommendations cos I am a tame impala’ lover. Motherbiscuits, the journey begins. Sunsetz, crush, k., nothings gonna hurt you, you’re the only good thing, you’re all I want, pistol and now at flash. Each song plays a significant part of something that’s still unknown to me in my life. I can revisit my past, be in the present and go to the future with these gems. Feels damn great man and you can never overplay a cigarettes after sex song.
It's so hard to write this. I was living abroad, in a country very VERY far away from home. Struggling with a new culture, language, and environment, I met the sweetest, most caring girl ever. We met in a speaking club, I still remember the way she was looking at me. Decided to give it a shot, and told her to meet at a local bar. We clicked immediately, walked down the street, alone, went to a karaoke, and reached the stars when our lips touched. She showed me this artist. She loved it and Ed Sheeran White and blond, she was like an angel. I, naive and inexpert, lost her love fast, she left before I could realize what had happened. I'm pleased it happened, and it gave me the strength and manhood to confront life more maturely. I still think about her from time to time.

Crazy how their music not only can remind you of people, but more specifically times of my life. I can remember first getting this album and listening to it while I rode BART into San Francisco. I can still remember people watching and it was crazy watching life sync up with this like a sound track. A pessoa que me apresentou esse álbum passou na minha vida por exatos 5 meses apenas, isso há 5 anos atrás, entre Setembro há Janeiro. Ela com 20 anos e eu com 23, jovens, sem tantas preocupações, ela cursando psicologia e morando na cidade até se formar para voltar para sua cidade natal e eu desempregado a pouco tempo gastando meu acerto comigo e com ela. Sempre que ouço me transporto para o cenário que vivi com aquela pessoa em sua casa, no centro da cidade, nos últimos meses do ano, nos dias chuvosos ela colocava esse álbum para ouvir, as vezes ela estava pintando seus quadros e eu apenas curtindo, conversando ou tentando aprender a pintar quadros ou fazendo um chá para nós, as vezes usávamos nosso próprio corpo como tela de pintura, o clima era agradável e aconchegante, uma coisa que começou tão forte, permaneceu calorosa, divertida e terminou tão rápido, ela terminou comigo sem motivos aparentes e eu fiquei sem entender. Mas foi algo que ficou guardado dentro de mim como um período bom que vivi com alguém, como um filme de duração de 1 hora e 30 minutos que passa rápido mas deixa o sentimento de querer assistir de novo. As vezes é bom voltar e ouvir esse álbum, fechar os olhos e transportar para aquele cenário e assistir esse filme novamente. Dedicado para você Ana L. Balan Esteja bem.
Tenho uma história parecida com a sua. Fiquei 1 ano e 6 meses com a pessoa que me apresentou essa banda e sem dúvida alguma foi a melhor época da minha vida. I have to say this is one of the best albums I ever listened to, all of the songs were really amazingly done. They remind me of Love Spirals Downwards meets Autum's Solace sort of speak which are also my favorites as well. I love his voice and the tempo is just perfect for this kind of music. Just what I am looking for when I need to get lost inside of myself and escape for a while.

Tal vez este no sea el album con el que los conoci pero aca esta la cancion que mas me gusta que es K. que es una cancion que perfectamente pueden identificarme con mi ultima relacion amorosa tal cual el ver como va cambiando pero no quieres que se vaya simplemente magnifica. La cancion con la que los conoci es affection la cual fue recomendada x un amigo el cual no he vuelto a hablar pero le agradezco que me haya acercado a ustedes y cual cliche mal contado los escuche por primera vez a las 3am mirando la ventana, el sentimiento que me transmitio en ese momento siemplemente es indescriptible la paz que me transmite a la vez que siento en las canciones una especie de relacion amorosa desde lo pasional hasta lo agridulce es una genialidad. Sweet y you´re all i want serian las canciones que podrian definir el tipo de relacion que quisiera, uno donde las palabras no sean necesarias para demostrar afecto donde podamos reir, llorar, entre otras cosas juntos. Ya para no hacerlo mas largo esta Apocalypse la segunda cancion que mas me gusta dios la melodia y voz me transmiten tanta paz pero a la vez melancolia ya que me recuerda al amor que no se dio y que posiblemente siga doliendo pero que al escuchar sus canciones alivia. bueno hoy casi a la 1am escribi el comentario mas largo que he hecho pero escuchar sus canciones son lo que me ayuda a tranquilizarme en estas noches de tristeza e insomnio simplemente gracias :)

Listened to the whole album and everything seemed so quiet for the first time. No thoughts, just this. It’s been a while since I last heard my heart. The first time I listened to this when I was in a very rural island. Tears just fell. A lot really happened from family and financial probs, to my cats death, me being SAed, being betrayed by my own blood sib, the daily constant reminder of my father’s coming death. I was tired, listening to this gave me the rest I need.
