  • I watched some of videos with newborn babies and I feel like I am doing something wrong. My baby is 3 weeks old and I am the first time mom. So, he is crying every time when I change his diapers and he also can't sleep without me, in his bassinet. He is crying when I change his outfits... Like all my day I am with him, breastfeeding and hold him when he is sleeping...

    • My son was like this and we ended up cosleeping. It's perfectly normal for your baby to not want to sleep away from their mama ❤ You're not doing anything wrong. With the diaper changes, does he maybe not like the cold wipes?

      @fayely2139@fayely2139 Жыл бұрын
    • That is pretty normal though. My baby sleeps in her cot but up to 2 hours so we co sleep following the save 7 and she sleeps much longer. All babies are different and you will miss the little snuggles when they are big 😍

    • I hope things are better now. Babies cry alot honey you are doing fine! They don't like diaper changes and remember that they were used to being in the womb nice and comfy, for months... and all of a sudden they have a new life with lots of new sounds and sensations! If you are concerned though please ask pediatrician. My baby was fussy bc I breastfeed and was drinking cows milk, made her inconsolable!

I'm a FTM and I am itching to try the snuggle me on our baby girl when she arrives in a few weeks. It just claims that the snuggle me isn't "sleep safe." Just wanted to know your thoughts! :) LOVE YOUR CHANNEL/VIDEOS!!

    @doseofdebz@doseofdebz2 жыл бұрын
    • HELLO! Thanks so much for watching 🥰 so excited for you to meet your baby girl! We used the snuggle me for naps during the newborn stage when we were all awake and could be watching her while she was sleeping! I think the biggest reason they say it’s not sleep safe is because of baby was to roll over and breath into the side of the pillow, it could cause suffocation. For that reason we avoided using it at night or when we didn’t have eyes on her. But it’s great for naps if you have your baby close by and can supervise ☺️

      @BethGraceMoore@BethGraceMoore2 жыл бұрын
    • @@BethGraceMoore Thank you Beth for replying and for sharing your input! I definitely want to consider using it only when supervising baby. It’s a pretty penny and I would hate to not be able to use it as often. That’s IF she’ll like it! 😆

Maybe that has something to do with it…I had a lung collapse caused from the pregnancy. I had surgery and am recovering so I can’t wake during nights. I only hope for 6 hours for my husband soon. I feel terrible for him. I’m a bit worried about everything idk it’s very difficult. She also got jaundice and we had to feed her ever two hours for a week straight so they was also fun. • It’s okay mom, you’re doing the best! With mine, I had a colicky baby. I feed him throughout the day every two hours, and then at night, I put him down at 11 pm (after feeding at 10:45 and burping for 15 minutes). He is four months now, so I started the sleep training called Cry it Out. No more feeding at night, and he sleeps for about 7-7 and a half hours a night! don’t start until you see that he is not napping well anymore, only eating for a couple minutes and then falling asleep, or waking up frequently. My best tip to you is to burp for at least 10 minutes after a feed, that really made a difference! Also, cut out dairy and spicy foods if you’re breastfeeding! Take care mommy, remember that it’s really hard. You won’t remember it when they’re talking, running and loving on you!

    • My baby is no where near this chill. The most she’s ever slept at one time is 3 hours. So to hear their baby can sleep for 6 hours during the night -that is a far away dream for me. My baby also has been cluster feeding a lot lately. Wanting food every hour, even throughout the night.

    • My 4 week old baby wakes every 3 hours during the night to feed. Feeds take 30 minutes, sometimes longer. Most afternoons he cluster feeds for hours on end. During the day, he doesn't nap nearly as much as this baby. He also won't go down by himself so I am holding him for all naps. This is all normal as babies spent 9 months inside, of course they want to be close to mumma when they first arrive. To be honest, it is hard sometimes to be needed so intensely but I love it and I am getting enough sleep but in 2 hour blocks. I think the baby in this video is not the average baby.

    • @@elisecampbell5829 yup! Every mama and baby are so different! I have been vomiting every day since week 3.5 and I’m 35 weeks now. To the point where I may lose all my teeth (fingers crossed that doesn’t happen!!) Some days I can’t even walk. HG is truly horrible. Some moms have a super easy pregnancy and some don’t. Truly depends on the individual… just like our babies, all different :) I had a friend with HG also and while she had to be hospitalized with a feeding tube during her pregnancy she was blessed with a chill baby like in this video. We never know what hand we will be dealt until we start playing lol

      @StephanieGrace19@StephanieGrace1910 ай бұрын
    • Lol my son is just over 2 weeks old. He is exclusively breastfeeding and has been cluster feeding off and on (eating every hour for 4-5 hours straight). The one positive is that he's a very efficient eater 8-15 min per nursing. He was sleeping in 2-3 hour chunks during the day and at night in his bassinet but I must have eaten something that doesn't agree with him in the past two days because he will now not sleep on his back and has gas/reflux so he's fussy. We've had to take shifts at night staying up with him so he can sleep and we take turns wearing him during the day. It really is exhausting...I would say she's very lucky with how chill her newborn is. Edit: I would pay $$$ for 5-6 hours of uninterrupted sleep for even just a few days a week

    • Can't do much with a newborn. You are not a parent, you don't know.

  • Was impressed until I noticed she's one of "those mom's" who ride in the back seat with the baby. Still don't understand this. Had three babies and never did this.

    • Congratulations on being a front seat rider!!! 🙄🤭😂 you sound like super mom! I aspire to be just like you! Yeah right. I’m sure you’ve done plenty of things as a mom that people can’t understand, for example the dumb condescending comment you made above.

    • Lmao why does it matter that you go in backseat with your baby? I’m 7,5 months pregnant with my first baby and honestly dont know why it matters

      @Mariemarie-uw7id@Mariemarie-uw7id2 жыл бұрын
    • @@Mariemarie-uw7id It doesn't really matter but I agree with the OP and it's not because I think it's "wrong" so to speak. It's just strange and screams nervous helicopter mom, my husband doesn't matter anymore ect. I did it once with my first when coming home from the hospital and I remember my husband laughing and saying, I feel like a limo driver and I couldn't have agreed more.

    • My first two babies hated the car and screamed. If I wasn't in the back with them then it was 10 times worse. Don't judge mums for how they do things. There is no 'right way' to parent.

  • im scared, like, i wanna have about 4-5 kiddos but im also going to study veternarian, im not sure how ill make it work but only time will tell i guess. ive started to plan it out. study and enter uni at 19-20 yrs old, 4 years on studying. 23-24 ive finished and going to search for a job and aswell starting to save up most of the money. 26-29 ill start to talk about having children and try to create my lil blessing. 27-28 and have already had my first lil nugget and finally, by keeping a 2+ year gap between each child id finish having kiddos around the age of 36-38, i have searched it up and it is totally healthy to have children at late 30's and early 40's, from there on ill go ahead and ill have them go to school 7am-3pm, go to afterschool and at around 4-5 ill have my husband take em home and soon after ill come home!

  • I think giving that baby breastmilk in a bottle at the last feed before bed time will help the baby sleep longer then 1 hr. Even breast fed babies should sleep good 2 hrs solid sleep . Your baby isnt getting full and also if you wanna breast feed then be careful of what ur last meal is at night time cause that will cause alot of tunny pain for the baby in the night time but seems like bottle at nightime will help both mom and baby to sleep longer
