I need help with protection from not only the shaytain but myself as well. I've been Muslim since 2019, alhamduliah. I battle with voices like mental health and its so hard to focus when I start to hear them. Or sometimes my adhd will kick in and it gets me emotional all the time. I need Allah and I need to prove myself to him. The only time I don't hear the voices is when I'm sleeping. I will criticize someone and not mean to and ask Allah to forgive me instantly. I may not always say it but sometimes I think it. And that's still just as bad. Can anyone offer me help, please? Lectures calms me down 90% of the time.
That's the signs of the devil playing with you, if you know how to read the qur'an then do it as much as possible everyday and do the dhikr after maghrib prayer and the dhikr after the fajr, insha Allah it will cure.

We are also infinite, We are babies and grownups and in every phase of our lives at the same time Our mother is there she is also mother but also baby and girl and grandmother at the same time, every moment of our life is redeemed and filled with glory Everyone is in their infinite forms All the wrongs the mistakes the regrets are removed And we are reconciled with each other God’s children. Does this sound like a good kingdom to you?
