You gotta play "Moe's Jump scare Simulator" modpack, it's realistic Minecraft + horror. It's very hard though, recommend getting defensive items like armor and shields first thing if you do play it.

Hear me out tho what about downloading every single dweller and mimic and horror mod, because I’ve done it and it’s…it’s definitely something to experience that’s for sure
survive every mimic dweller.. AND the original Silence that would try to rush to your location (Before-update) I also recommend installing an bleeding mod which makes it easier for mobs to track you when you have a bleeding debuff, actively punishing you for taking unnecessary damage.

Once AI becomes unstoppable this mod is gonna be insane You won't be able to tell something is off easily even more. I mean it is crazy, we already have people's voices being recreated somewhat well (yet still bad) by AI

Its basically part of the name because its AI is based on gargins cave dweller.
