He told me that my late grandfather once gave him advice when he was feeling so lonely from traveling with work, that some of the best conversations you can have are the ones with people you meet at an airport. And something they also do well is treat their employees very very well, the founder made it a point to treat his employees like an extended family and in return the employees felt more happy at work and felt like it was less of a job and more their duty to provide good service showing how keeping your employees happy in turn makes the customers happy.
