看了材料真的下了很大的成本 很棒的麵包店 中部電機的烤箱 日本昭和吐司粉 AOP發酵奶油內餡 老實說,冰心維也納目前因為排氣的關係,沒辦法用機器取代,也沒辦法達到完全排氣緊實,還是需要手工,很難得可以看到還這麼照起工的年輕人,難能可貴

在奧地利維也納其實根本沒有這種麵包,不知道為什麼在台灣被稱為維也納麵包😅
這個麵包發源地並不是在奧地利,而是在巴黎,一位奧地利師傅August Zang帶過去的,但維也納麵包當時是廣泛應用在任何酥皮類型的甜點麵包,後來冰心維也納由台灣人改良夾入餡料才真正發揚光大,我覺得很棒。
