  • Aside from some parts not working, I was surprised how good of a condition this was in! I always love to see how these things turn out and really enjoy your videos. I love the natural sounds in the background that you don't see in many other channels since they work in a closed space or warehouse. I love the nature in all your videos and look forward to plenty more! And of Avril of course :) I have four cats myself and absolutely adore Avril.

I really had not expected that, actually I had no idea what to expect, but that wasn't it. Absolutely amazed, and enthralled. If someone had said in 2001 that in 20 years time I'd be watching a guy restore a blow torch, I'd have called them mad. Yet here I am, in 2021 barely able to tear my eyes away from the television in case I miss something interesting. A superb restoration.

Спасибо за видос! 👏🏽 It is very interesting to watch how such old things are brought back to life! ✌️ I am glad that there are people who are really interested in this and they are doing this, because this thing was created by people who are no longer alive. • I liked your mouser taking a break from his/her primary duties to quality control inspect your restoration project. Excellent video and professional restoration. I'm not sure why you did not paint the steel parts. My grandfather used baring ball bearings to beat the rust out of a steel container on a lathe. Again, a great project. 👍Thank you 😊.

  • Did you fill the main tank with alcohol? I thought that it was going to run on kerosene? And pre heat with alcohol/spirits! I have one similar and ive been using kerosene always. Hi from Cork in Ireland. Love your channel its the best

    • With a pressurized tank like that, you probably can use a lot of different types fuels. As long as the fuel atomizes, it burns... And the fact that you adjust the flow to air ratio, it works. JMHO

    • I have one very similar (but with more horizontal nozzle) that I'm restoring, but what modern fuel do you run them (yours) on?! Mine says "benzolene only" but from what I read, "benzolene" could mean many different things (formulations, qualities) back then.
