Bail: Court fixes March 19 to decide Nnamdi Kanu’s fresh application
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has fixed March 19 to rule on a fresh application the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, filed to be released on bail, pending the determination of the treasonable felony charge the Federal Government preferred against him.
The court said it would equally resume full-blown hearing of the case against Kanu the next day, March 20. Trial Justice Binta Nyako adjourned the matter after she listened to Kanu’s lawyer, Mr. Alloy Ejimakor and the prosecution counsel, Chief Adegboyega Awomolo, SAN.

  • Nnamdi Kanu is not anybody as many people think. His incarceration was the end of Nigeria. We are too docile as people to figure out the patterns from the first time he was kidnapped inside Nigeria. We have not recovered from it. Now we are on the last straw. So they think if they release him now, he will take selfies with them, and return to Afara or the UK to hide himself? Lol. Even Britian has explanations to make after he comes out. I have always bn worried they will either eliminate him under there or eff up his brains. I'm sure he will have a lot to say. Nigeria died the day they picked him up from Kenya. You cannot persecute someone like that without a high cost.
