I found this odd as well! But compare with the earlier sequence, at 3:20, where the refs ends the first half (game clock visible at 3:00) - it seems the score board on the floor is ahead of the televised version on the top left of the screen. If we consider the hud timer as an actual fight clock, then Iranian wrestler stepped outside the ring circle at 0.3 seconds. I dont know why American coach hasnt challenged it.

@@bryornewboldwrestling4786 TV broadcast clock and officials clock aren't always in perfect sync.. I've seen this happen many times. Pay attention next year during College folk and this year's worlds and you'll notice a lot of times the ref blows his whistle ahead of the tv broadcast clock
