I feel like a lot of these questions are ones that I have had but wasn’t sure quite how to articulate in the moment (especially in the really heavy moments because who has time to check in when when you know it’s going to be heavy and a lot?!). Also, my knees would be obliterated on this teeter totter. I honestly am in pain when I watch y’all do this 🤣
