are they different from acc ones? are they better in some way?

They are still ACC but thicker. If you look closely at the thumb, you can see the thickness of the latex. Nike never mentioned about the specification of the PROMO model. But some suggest the thickness of the latex is 6mm. Is it better, just slightly better imo.

If for the grip, supergrip+ is better than ACC Promo model. But I still prefer Nike VG3 due to the fitting. If you are looking for the best, Speed contact Supergrip+ is the real deal. Uhlsport has improved significantly from their previous models.

If good care i.e. wash after use, I think it will last at least 2-3 months and might go more. Considering only use once a week. I recommend to go for normal VG3.
