I think you Googled news that's at least 6 months old and you have never used the app yourself. The search function doesn't need # because every word you type is searchable It has # now as well, has since well before Xmas
The googling is part of research, and i also have the app and i have checked it out even now just to confirm that indeed it doesn't have a #function. As far as information is concerned i did my due diligence to the best of my abilities and know how. While coming up with the script.
#tag feature on threads is not like the one on x where you can immediately see trending #tag.
I actually like threads not saying it’s perfect but for what I use it for I like it

This is completely false. Threads is doing great now, better than ever i would say. More and more people are using it all the time
