I really appreciate the differences between how King Orange and the Second Coming fight. The former uses Obsidian and brute force, often just summoning large amounts of thing, whereas the latter utilises more creative options like minecarts, compensating for the raw power the staff grants.

I like how TSC attacks with iron blocks and King Orange attacks with obsidian. It not only shows their respective power, considering King Orange summoned a literal black hole within seconds of getting the game icon while it took TSC a short time to get his icon to respond, but seeing it in action sort of creates a "Light vs. Darkness" style of battle.
In my opinion, it's less light vs darkness and more a love vs hate. As we see in episode 30, King hates the minecraft world for taking his kid away from him meanwhile TSC is fighting to help his friends. King is fueled by his hate which is often symbolized by black and TSC is fueled by his friendship and love for his world and his friends. Plus the fact that love is often seen as stronger then hate which is reflected as to the fact that he can use it to go toe to toe with King who has a staff to boost the power of his icon despite the fact that TSC doesn't have the same boost.

Well TSC having to mess around with the block for a bit before it powered up compared to Alan's block is because the stickmen had already used Alan's block a long time ago. Alex's was never used like that
I love how Purple is such a schemer. He's not as great as fighting without equipment, but he's always moving according to some kind of plan
Thing is, he's actually not that bad of a fighter himself, he was able to hold off his own with Red and Orange which are arguably pretty good fighters.

I just noticed that when the king uses the staff to drag stickmen the displayed command changes according to the direction and speed. The attention to detail is over the top.
Real commands my guy...
Not all of them. 4:47 has the "outline" modifier on the "fill" command. The main challenge was that I should have inserted iron bars in a wall pattern in one single command and I don't think there is a way in Minecraft to do that, so I decided to improvise by putting in this modifier. Other than that, all commands are accurate and actually executable in Minecraft.

A love how the entire time PigStep isn’t like a boss theme or anything, he’s literally playing the song on the jukebox that then proceeds to fit the order of events in the fight, + literally echos and is heard throughout separate dimensions.
I love how they took the care to time things so perfectly, too. Like in the beginning for example, there is a certain tune that plays and then it switches dimensions and stick figure battles.

I really like how the rezt of the orchestra and chorus adds to the somg too, it really helps you forget the song is being looped

After watching the rest of the series, this episode really does hit kinda different. Purple being betrayed by the King just like how his father abandoned him, the King being so close to avenging his son and then beaten to hell by TSC, ect. really give the feels on this one

The way King Orange just tosses the command block aside at 7:03 will never get old to me. In the presence of the Game Icon, it's been reduced to a child's toy.
And that one moment of arrogance will come back to bite him _several_ times in the near future.
I've noticed that the special effect at 5:05 when Minecraft is uninstalled is very similar to the one at the end of AvA3 when Alan's PC is destroyed.
It's small things like that make me love Alan Becker and his work so much more

My favorite part is how he is super consistent with their fighting styles Blue always fights with the bow and arrow (and sometimes potions) Yellow it's the TNT and redstone pro Green it's always using a fishing rod & sword combo Red can use whatever he has on hand And Orange usually ends up with hand to hand combat in a Dragon Ball Style

Big shoutout to the entire animation crew! Honestly a big part of this series has been the entire animation team involved. One of my favorites (Potions) I believe was animated entirely by Alan’s team without him. The animation crew definitely deserve more credit than the fans give them!

At first I was just thinking, "okay, Pigstep, of course" and then the REMIX kicked in Alan Becker you mad genius

One Christmas, my mom got me these little magnetic stickmen and I used to play with them all the time. I staged stories and battles that spanned multiple days, and still do, sometimes. This feels like those stories, but infinitely better. It has the sense of childish playfulness, but the overarching storyline, character development, and flawlessly choreographed fights take it to another level. This is a masterpiece.

It's fun to see how the 2 are different in their fighting styles and experience. The King as spent most of his time in "creative mode" (with the command block) and can utilize the true force of "The Block". As well have using the Block as a power source for his staff, while TSC is utilizing it as regular creative mode. So The King has the advantage in that area. However, The King utilizes simply brute force while TSC, who's spent most of his time in survival mode, knows and utilizes more strategy-implemented technique. For example, notice while The King simply hurls fireballs and arrows at him, TSC uses ender pearls to teleport behind him and also uses TNT to blow him back. You can clearly see the difference in technique here. The King Advantages: The Staff, Brute Force and use of commands. Disadvantages: Less experience in combat strategy. TSC Advantages: Heavy knowledge in combat and PVP strategy. Plot Armor. Disadvantages: Much less experience in the use of commands. (Ask Yellow if you wanna know about those.) TSC did spam those shields to block arrows which should not be possible even with creative mode. So TSC does have some command abilities

The transitions along with the music makes everything a bit more dramatic (in a good way) and more serious. I love it man. The fights are extremely amazing and I have a feeling that yellow is gonna use the command blocks to rewind everything and bring it back to normal
