Thanks for your videos! Couple of suggestions for you that we do. First, put the salt and pepper together in one shaker (just get the ratio right). Second, use a pair of dedicated tongs (keep them in the pull out drawer) to pick up the raw patties and put them on the grill to save yourself from having to constantly change your gloves and there's no raw food contamination.
