I have never eaten such delicious eggs! Simple and easy breakfast! Quick Recipe.
Hello everyone I hope you are well
Ready in minutes! ❗ PERFECT IDEAS for breakfast. You should definitely try it.
Necessary materials
mushrooms (300 grams).
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
3 tablespoons of olive oil (15 ml).
4 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon of salt (4 grams).
1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of thyme.
1/2 tsp mint.
5-6 sprigs of green onions.
For sauce
1 egg.
1 glass of milk ( 100 ml ).
1/2 teaspoon of salt (4 grams).
1.5 tablespoons of flour (15 grams).
For the above
cheddar cheese (100 grams).

  • Nice idea to get a healthy mainly vegetable main dish. Must be really tasty. Nonetheless I think there are a couple of errors (in my opinion): first better to add the salt when frying the vegetables to help them to caramelise and second I would add the paprika to the sauce to spread it homogenously. For the rest 👍
