  • I admit to being blown away as to the length and thickness of tiger fangs---deep penetration, killing bite! Its markings I'd say are a warning saying "I'm dangerous!" I read about a tiger that killed a man, and holding the victim in its jaws, leaped over a 6 foot wall with ease. That is stunning strength.

  • India is also the only country with both the lion and tiger in its wild population... Its very much possible that they crossed paths with eachother at some point in time... And almost always the tiger would be the last one standing...

    @UCHIHAMADARA-hx7eq@UCHIHAMADARA-hx7eq Жыл бұрын
    • Unlikely considering that lions live in prides. A lone tiger would never be stupid enough to challenge a lion pride over territory.

      @dantheman4838@dantheman4838 Жыл бұрын
    • @@dantheman4838 you seem to forget the fact that male lions at a certain age are chased from the pride by their own fathers as to reduce competition, and these nomad males wander across the lands to either establish or take over another pride by fighting with those males... So its very much likely that a nomad male lion in search of a pride came across and wandered into a tiger's territory and ended up in a death match with a tiger. And India is the only place on the planet where this destined battle could have occurred naturally without any human intervention.

      @UCHIHAMADARA-hx7eq@UCHIHAMADARA-hx7eq Жыл бұрын
    • There are very little chances of that because Lions and Tigers are naturally found in two opposite parts of India... Tigers are found from the northern belt of India stretching to the eastern and north-eastern part... While lions are generally found in in the north-western to the western part of the country... Other than zoos it's very hard for them to cross path... However leopard are scattered around the country and may have crossed path with both of them...

      @sugatadebnath5290@sugatadebnath5290 Жыл бұрын
    • @@sugatadebnath5290 thats just whats in today's day and age... Tigers were spread across the subcontinent long back... There are still a small population residing in the Southern part of the country especially in the ghat areas even today... and just like the tigers the lions population was also pushed to dwindle by excessive hunting practices... So essentially there's a fat chance that the two cats meet eachother during their thriving periods.

  • its all about tactics , there is very less difference in power of different species tiger . but what matter is skills to hide skill to get behind other first , skill to surprise and i think on this bengal tigers and bali tigers comes on top since this places are filled with trees and surprices , where as in siberia there is snow , no one can defeat siberian tigers there but in bengal and bali jungle is so intense that anyone can kill these tigers so i think after all those long years these bengal and bali tigers would have crossed their limits of alertness and surpriseness and skills . so i think these 2 are most strongest .
