I FINALLY GOT TO DRIVE THE FORD BRONCO RAPTOR! Hidden Falls off-roading

As a TEXAS native the places to offroad are limited due to the lack of public land. However there are a handful rad private off road parks to go to like Hidden Falls Adventure Park right outside of Marble Falls TEXAS. The last time I visited this park was back in 2016 in my old Tacoma. Now fast forward a few years I’m back as a Ford Bronco Ambassador running those trails in an automotive icon! Just under 60,000 miles on my 2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrak now and it it’s still a blast to beat on! This particular trip my best friend and his wife came with driving their 2022 Ram Powerwagon so it was fun to see a large platform out on the trials with me. We pulled my Offtrax Feenix Overland TraIler and set up camp for the weekend. We ran as many of the level 4 and 5 trails as possible and all were super fun! Enjoy the adventure with me 🤘🏻🍿

  • Haha I was there 2 weeks ago in my stock Badlands Nonsasquatch and I ended up taking a wrong trail for my Bronco and didn’t have the clearance to go back up the drop offs going back up so had to just continue on the way down puckering the whole time. I thought for sure I was going to have to walk and get help but made it without any damage.

  • My wife and I just got a bronco …hard top, 2.7 in Azure grey ,black method wheels and 35s….very cool rig and drives amazing with such big tires! Some day when I’m rich I’ll buy another one and do some off roading! 😅 $50-60k or more is hard to risk damaging …

  • You've probably already mentioned it but is your WT suspension and tire size still stock? With you being an ambassador I figured they still are but am just curious. Heading to Hidden Falls in November with my 22' Badlands Sas and a friend. Really excited for it!

    • Yes all stock underneath 👍🏻 You’ll have a blast at HF!

      @ChaseGentry@ChaseGentry6 ай бұрын
  • Great video! Question, with all the hard core crawling you do, how did you end up with the Wildtrak over the Badlands? Also, I finally just got my 23 WT after waiting 2 years. It came with the HOSS 3.0 suspension. Is this set up better then the Bilstein for crawling like this?

    @davidellis8691@davidellis8691 Жыл бұрын
    • So I didn’t really have the option at the time. Originally I was supposed to get a Badlands but there want one available to me for my ambassadorship. So they offered a WT and I said hell yes. I’m a good enough driver to make it work. Also the HOSS3.0 Is a HUGE!! Improvement over Bilstein stuff. And will definitely do all this as good or better

  • See i think the Raptor should have been the regular Bronco , and the “Sport Bronco” should be what the regular bronco is.. and todays sport bronco should just never have been made ..to many weak points on the suspension of the regular Bronco. I do like the body style of the regular bronco better tho .Just my unsolicited opinion 😂

    @PhatboyHD88@PhatboyHD88 Жыл бұрын
    • Agree to a point ….I’m not really sure why a bronco sport was built! Very light duty off road rig at best! Seems a bit redundant to have 2 different platform broncos. The sport Is based on a ford edge platform I believe ….probably a good daily driver for say and mild off road manners. It should have been called something different than a bronco sport!
