Oh the memories Oksana. It's like being at home, being a kid again. I have all of the supplies and you may even have inspired me to pull them out :) Awesome instruction and your daughter did great at videoing you, but your son... now he is such a little ham lol.

I'm neither Ukrainian nor Christian, but I've wanted to try doing this since I was maybe three years old. Maybe someday I'll get the chance 💖 They're so pretty.

My class did this in grade 5. It was fun and I've wanted to do it again sometime. Thanks for the tutorial. I couldn't remember how to do this. Maybe I'll try next yr. Your design is beautiful.

These are so beautiful! I think they would make great Christmas ornaments as well as gifts! I would love to be able to do this with all the extra eggs I get from my chickens. Your video is so clear and easy to follow...I just might try it.

Geeta, have you tried? What dye would you use? I live in India too...

I guess using food coloring wouldn't work, because when you remove the wax, the food coloring would come off as well... Maybe textile colour? Because I live now in Mumbai in India and I can't find this kind of special dye here. And I am definitely trying this whatsoever. I painted beautiful hollow egg shells with acrylic paint.

Beautiful work. Just wanted to point out though that the blue-handled kistka is usually the medium size and the red one is the heaviest.
