    • Its heart breaking when you can hear his voice kind of shaking and fatigued during it. Though he had pushsed himself to his limits, he still delivered that power scream and continued singing

  • Chester was my therapist. When i was depressed i just needed to listen to him singing and he brought light into my life. The worst time for me was in 2017 i ended up in an institute for the depressed and suicide. I remember having access to a radio. His song ""One More Light"" started to play, i then burst into tears knowing that i matter to someone. when i got out 2 weeks later i felt like a different person, a person that belongs somewhere. Then the news came through my friend Chester had passed away. We didn't know each other but we did shared some great times and though once. Up to today I'm feeling selfish that i couldn't help him but one thing is for sure, if it wasn't for him i wouldn't had made it this far. I do know this my steam is running out. Thank you Chester (LINKIN PARK) the honor is ours for you being in our lives (my live).

    • I've listen to multiple LP covers and no one seems to come close to Chester's voice. Maybe Deryck (Sum 41), but still Chester's voice is so damn amazing. It's a bit of a shame he didn't get more attention from the mainstream media, but that's just the way it is.

  • Chester Bennington was the best person I ever knew about. I listened to Linkin Park all day every day, and I found their lyrics very inspiring. When he passed away, it was the first time I genuinely cried for someone outside my family. Chester was a legend and and shall not be forgotten by this world. As long as we're still listening to Linkin Park, he lives on in our hearts. Rest in peace, Chester.❤🙏

I listen to many rock artists and bands and I love them all but I admit that Chester always stood out with his amazing voice and performance. He is not someone who just memorizes some lyrics and sings them on stage, no he was singing with all his heart and soul.   • August 8, 2014 Chester Bennington was on stage at Jean Drapeau Park in Montreal. The best day of my life ! I had never seen so many people sing with heart with an artist. I have never seen so many people behind an artist.

  • I was at the show where the clip for Little Things was recorded. They were selling recordings of the show you were at back then. Still my favorite version of that song. Every show I attended was incredible. I've never seen shows as energetic as a LP concert.

It's going on 42 months since you have gone to heaven and I am finally getting a tattoo in your memory on my arm this Sunday. You helped me personally through so much as I also deal with depression and attempted suicide back in 06 at the age of 19.   • I miss Chester so much. his angelic voice helped me climb my way out of the deepest darkest abyss and to see a blue sky, feel the suns rays on my skin, hear the birds chirp and to feel a cooling breeze on my skin once again in comparison to being comfortable with depression. God bless your soul Chester, your poetic voice is the most major gift to help us break this habit of pain.

  • Yes I agree, perfect vocals. This had me in tears. That’s exactly how I remember Chester. I was fortunate to get to see their last few tours and got to go to 3 meet and greets. But that makes it more painful. I got to speak to them on the 1st g&m. They were friendly but 1 had attitude, Rob. But it could of been a bad day for him. Next 2 times I was not able to get that close. But saw how distant Chaz was. He had something “heavy” on his mind. Sad I’d never see them together again. Great experience over all. I’m grateful.
