I think compared to Sea of Thieves, it might actually be good now, like Assassin's Creed influenced us to think it will be. Also, try assassin's creed Mirage for new experiences, and Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag for the actual best pirate game.

I forgot to mention what was not working properly and what were the broken parts of Skull and Bones in this video. I did that in the previous one that you can check on my channel. I've noticed that you were doing the helm missions before you finished the campaign, i would suggest that you finish the campaign as you do get some nice weapons like schlocks long guns for your own ship (In cases you couldn't tell i like skull and bones)

When was it broken I haven't noticed I'm 6 hours in to the game
on launch day? and after that cause it was pretty meh until these new updates
@@IvanManYT true I'm sure there was i just haven't noticed anything yet but I've been playing for a little over a week mabe things were patched before I jumped in so far I'm really enjoying it I wasent expecting too and the price point I just had a little extra money left over

yea it had some problems with frame drops and a few glitches, but overall the lack of content was what was broken xD so now they started adding stuff finally.
@@IvanManYT that's live service thoe man when you purchase it you know what your getting into by know you know how these games work they aren't finished cause with live service you get a core game that they build on and yes updates have been rolling out it's no longer your purchasing a game is more of a long term investment if that's not your thing then don't play it I'm enjoying it so far my self

I understand that even the most low effort games have an audience, and that sunk cost fallacy will have people grasping onto anything to avoid saying they wasted their money, but this game needs to fail for the good of the gaming industry. These big companies can't keep getting away with lazy cash grabs full of micro transactions and light on features that they may or may not add later. We're at a turning point where smaller publishers and independent devs are making AAA quality games, but for reasonable prices and with actual love put into their development. They're the ones that deserve to be given a pass for mistakes, not million dollar companies who have had 10 years to develop a game that has less features than something they released back then. It's pathetic.
this game is awesome. the hate for it is just black flag players wanting black flag 2. Also the AAAA comment was laughable, but the game is fun regardless. It's gonna get hella updates as well like open pvp starting tomorrow.

No one asked for this. Black flag much older is a way better pirate game. The trade is useless as it can all be farmed in no time. The game was a cash grab. That is why it dropped by almost half price after 2 weeks. If you like it fine but its objectively bad for the times. Some people just like eating shit sandwiches and that is fine by me.

I waited for this dead game for years, but at the end, it was one big .,TRASH,. I won't buy it I'm waiting for AC Black Flag Remake in 2025 i hope it will have better online mode than Skull and Bones .
I urge you to try it out with the 8 hours free, and see. Maybe there is some fun to be had.

So all combat is done thru the boat? I dont get it.. i haven't seen any clips anywhere of any decent combat. Just ships blasting at each other over n over again.
It's almost like they took the ship combat from AC4 and made a game arround that alone... and made it very clear from the start years ago that is what it was going to be? I'm confused why people are expecting AC black flag 2 when it was never pushed to be that?
@@obiwanshinobi87 I havent played either game tbh but I like the pirate theme so thought about getting it. Wasnt expecting it to be just that. Thought there would be some other type of fighting mechanic. I dont even see swords.
It kinda was, but yea it's still true that we expected what was not promised, just because.
