A sprint is a sequence of speech drills I’ve developed, aimed at building pronunciation confidence in new sounds, new words and common grammar structures.
The repetition builds muscle memory so it becomes easier to use these sounds, retrieving the words, and internalizing the grammar rule used.
All while working from the outside IN.
Pronunciation confidence is my unique teaching technique that has helped thousands of my students, and the students who have used different sprints daily say that it works like MAGIC and they share incredible results.

  • More! I love you Hadar! I am a native english speaker, but after I became a bellydance teacher online, I noticed I had some speech impediments that was making it difficult to understand some of the words I was saying. I've been working with your pronunciation exercises for over a year, and I've noticed a dramatic improvement overtime to my ability to speak clearly and with use my articulation muscles. I think I may have been electricuted as a child and the muscles of the left side of my face were partially paralyzed. So I really appreciate your videos on here. I have yoga, meditation, affirmations, and bellydance videos if you're ever interested in checking them out. Sending you so much love and light for what you do!!
