What started as a bit of a practical joke on Tom turned into a padel racket review for the CHEAPEST PADEL RACKETS we could find!
There are so many EXPENSIVE padel rackets in the market place, but there are also some cheaper options for players. As a beginner it is highly unlikely that you need the premium models to get started!

Here is the racket review for €50: kzhead.info/sun/hJ2JepylgHuvoaM/bejne.html
Bought this racket at decathlon also when was in the discovery phase of Padel. Saved me the rental fee and was consistent which has been nice. With that said, I’ve tested other rackets and I can’t believe how numb this Kuikma PR190 is. No power, no feedback, minimal spin. I will be upgrading soon and have my eyes set on Royal Padel Whip/Anniversrio - having a hard time justifying the price though. Honestly, wish I would have sprung for the €50 version to have extended my playtime with it.
Thanks for your insights here, sure it will be useful for other players!!
Me and mis amigos started with these half year ago. These are totally playable, but the problem is the weight which is closer to junior palas rather than adults. As for balls, these are more like training balls. I believe these are not pressurised at all but have foam in them since they are light, bouncy and are stored in cardboard box.
thanks for your insights and feedback here 🙌
to be fair the box of balls gives a valid description and says that the balls are not pressurised.
👍
I got blown away the first two times i played padel so got all in and bought bullpadel vertex 03 23 ctr and vertex 03 23 and have looked me back so amazing rackets really a big difference from the cheaper rackets
thanks for sharing your journey, we are really glad to be a part of it. let us know how you get on!
@@ThePadelSchool ill do so far i have played 2-3 times a week for 3-4 weeks and still love it and love both rackets in there own way
great to hear!!
Great video. Im turning 12 on Friday and I want to get a padel racket. I would say I'm a intermediate to advanced player and I like to play with control. And I forgot to say I'm tall so I play with an adult racket. What do you recommend
Think about the light editions eg Adipower light or the Babolat Air Veron.
Thanks
Hi Hamza, yes agree with Teemo, get yourself something light. Let us know how you get on!
@@ThePadelSchool Ok thanks. I actually saw a nox control in my parents cupboard so I think that's my birthday gift . I'm actually playing in an under 13 tournament in a few weeks do you have any advice
exciting!
Padel rackets are wayyyy too expensive
Hopefully this video shows you they don't have to be! We also reviewed a 50 euro racket which was brilliant, you can check that out here: pulse.ly/eh726wqdz6
Lucia Sainz uses Kuikma so it can't be too bad
not the 29e one hah
My 13 year old son plays with this one. What are the better options for junior players?
lighter rackets tend to be better for junior players!
Actually I like that there's out there some rackets with reasonable price for Beginners
agreed!
We can't complain. At 30 euros your are in a court playing. Specially for beginners, it is a great starting point. I'm surprised your felt they were too hard, i felt them too soft. And I completely agree that there is no feel. It's an OK racket to start with, better than nothing. I just hope Horacio Alvarrez Clementi doesn't see this message. XD
completely agree!!
Instead of the cheapest, what are the best value padels per price range? Also, any thoughts on the Kuikma 990 hybrid soft?
Probably intermediate. Haven't tried that one sorry!
I have this racket 😂😅, i wish i bought one where i can have more spin
Maybe in future, but if this one is working for you now then brilliant!!
🎉🎉
McDonald's sign at the back 😂
Got one, you are wastíng your money if you buy this. NO power, nada!. Spend some more.
