Mikes Johnson was finally made aware that the military aid to Ukraine and Israel consists mostly of older munitions and weapons systems that would normally be phased out ..The money allocated goes to U.S. defense contractors to provide new equipment for U.S. armed Forces to replace the older stuff now going to Ukraine or Israel ..Many of these factories are located in Red States and that means money for those areas. Johnson may have finally done the right thing as an act of self preservation from political forces more powerful than the Freedom Caucus ..
It’s amazing to me how many people don’t get that. They think we are giving away suitcases of cash. Almost all of that money is going to US companies to restock our military as they clear out their old stuff. We don’t have Iraq and Afghanistan anymore to keep a constant new supply in the works. Billy Bob in Kentucky, with his 5 crosseyed inbred kids, would be out of a job at the ammunition plant, if we don’t keep sending our old stuff. 🤦🏻♀️

SAYING that he would grant pardons to the CONVICTED Domestic Terrorists that attacked the Capital Building on January 6th, 2021, v the 2nd reason defined in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment? It actually puts a limit on the 1st Amendment as a result of the Civil War. "or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." No Laws have to be broken, just SUPPORTING them in any way disqualifies them. It applies to any current or former member of our Government or our Military at any level that swore an Oath to Serve and Protect the United States, it's Constitution and violated it. How can they POSSIBLY be trusted to not do it again?
What I don't get, part of "the deal" of being out on a bail, is that they can' not break any Laws or it's automatically voided. Just being found guilty of breaking the "Gag Order" is breaking the Law. WHY doesn't it void the bail in all 4 trials?

Jan. 6 was a violent insurrection designed to stop or delay the certification of the 2020 election results ..There was no precedent for what happened that day, and there were several deaths and many injuries that resulted from those actions ..Try and understand that protests may have mostly sincere participants who are students, but also they attract outside agitators and anarchists with their own agenda of violent disruption ..The outside agitators have pushed the envelope to the breaking point and the schools will have to respond forcefully but not enough to make things worse ..btw, there are protests in Israel against the govt. of Netanyahu by Israeli citizens...Hamas is responsible for starting this war on Oct. 7 and could bring about a cease fire by releasing the hostages they seized ..There has been no discernable pushback against Hamas by the citizens of Gaza or the protesters on U.S. campuses..
