  • I’ve been to hundreds of concerts and even more festivals all over Europe seeing thousands of bands in the last 29 years. Apart from when I saw the crowd sing Wish You Were Here at Pink Floyds “Pulse” at Earl Court - that was easily the best I’ve ever heard a crowd song a song and also at an Eminem / Marlyn Manson duet singing “Sweet Dreams then merging into Eminem and Didos “Stan” - This was an absolute goosebump moment especially since it was dedicated to a teen who killed Herself after being bullied for liking Marlyn Manson - Him and Eminem took the girls family on stage to sing Sweet Dreams and dedicated to their daughter. The crowd sung every word and considering the situation half the crowd were brought to tears. Anyway sorry to waffle in but this might be brand new in how long I’ve been listening to music and going to live events but The Weeknd have absolutely nailed the art of playing the crowd - it helps everyone in the world knows the words but that makes it perfect for the entire crowd to sing the whole thing. So yeah, The Weeknd, Blinding Lights live in London is my number 3 most goosebumpy moment at a concert. ❤❤❤
