Confused? Never heard this before? What you're hearing and hopefully experiencing is called Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response or simply "ASMR". You may have heard unintentional ASMR in your life i.e. in movies or a light touch to your skin. The idea of ASMR is to give you a light tingly feeling, help sleep or just relax you and that is my goal here with my videos. :)
