PENALTY SHOOTOUT DRAMA in Magdeburg! (FULL VIDEO) | SC Magdeburg vs Industria Kielce
What a thriller, what a match, what a result: after 120 minutes and two quarter-finals, SC Magdeburg and Industria Kielce were on a fully equal level. Following Kielce’s 27:26 win at home last week, the defending champions struck back with a 23:22 victory, and the first penalty shootout in a Machineseeker EHF Champions League quarter-final since 2010 was needed to decide the ticket to Cologne.
With each team having taken five penalties, the result was still equal. But then Magdeburg’ goalkeeper Sergey Hernandez saved Dylan Nahi’s shot and Ómar Ingi Magnusson netted. That gave Magdeburg a 4:3 win in the penalty shootout, and the GETEC arena went crazy. As in the 2023 final of the TruckScout24 EHF FINAL 4, after overtime, Magdeburg had beaten Kielce and remain in the race to defend their trophy.

das wissen die meisten tatsächlich nicht: Bei 7m-Shootout wird nach den ersten 5 Würfen (bei Gleichstand) die Reihenfolge getauscht Magdeburg hat begonnen und Kielce zieht nach, ab dem 6. Wurf startet Kielce und Magdeburg zieht nach

@@ehrlichundwahr Einen Betrug sollte man auch als solchen Ansprechen. Ja ich kenne die Regeln. Du hoffentlich auch, mit Nullschritt, 1, 2. Prellen 1,2 und den Vorteil laufen zulassen. Zuletzt die Uhr mit verbleibenden 4 Sekunden nicht anzuhalten. Aber bei Magdeburg ging das auf Magische weise. Die Letzte Minute war nur das I-Tüpfelchen von dem was die 2 Schweden da aufgeführt haben. Wo war die Klare Rote Karte in den Situationen Nahi und Hakur?

The penalties, that should've never happened. Kielce were robbed by the refs in the last play. It's time to finally introduce VAR challenges in handball, cause it was such a big mistake in the cluchest moment possible. No travel by Dani, false stoppage when Karalek got the ball, just can't believe such GIGANTIC mistake happened. Media in Germany would be fuming if that happened to Magdeburg. Nothing to do with fair play. 13 penalties FOR mAGDEBURG in 2 games against Kielce's TWO. Some teams just have it easier.
You can not just compare the amount of penalties given. Because of their playing style Magdeburg gets a lot of penalties. They also have the most amount of penalties in the Bundesliga and no one is whining.

Kielce should've been given a chance to score - they were denied. And were robbed of the 5 seconds that were left when the foul "was called". They had a TIMEOUT still. Daylight robbery and a massive unforgetable mistake by the referees. He knew he screwed up and apologised. But didn't give back the time that passed. Such a scandal. At least have the balls to say the games were rigged for Magdeburg. Nothing's gonna change the score, but you can at least act like a fair man, not a coward.

What other statistics did you bring up? If Daniel Dujshebaev took four steps before his pass to Karalek the decision is correct. But I can not see it because I don‘t have a slow motion of this scene. Maybe the refs also thought the pass was meant for Tournat. When he couldn‘t catch it they thought the advantage for Kielce was over and a fast call would help them.

Un equipo alemán, otro de Dinamarca... y el resto de Europa, la periferia... esto no es así! Francia, Croacia, Serbia, Rumanía, Eslovenia,España y Portugal son los punteros, los que saben cómo hacer las cosas bien! Y a lo mucho, Ferencbaros y Szeged en Hungría! De resto, p*** periferia! Y no meto a Polonia, porque Polonia tiene el mismo sistema que los países del Norte. Echo de menos los 90, cuando por un lado estaban los españoles, y el resto de Europa era la periferia, en donde veías cómo en Francia, Croacia, Alemania con Grosswaldstad y similares, y otros países de Europa incluían música en medio de los partidos, y los speakers intervenía. Pero ahora, hay dos tendencias. La del sur y este de Europa, más parecida a la Asobal, y los del centro y el norte, más centrados en el show.

German teams in handball always have help from the referees, just like Real Madrid and Barcelona in football, really this doesn't make sense anymore, Magdeburg's last attack lasted almost two minutes, two penalties awarded in a minute, and finally Kielce's attack was stopped for no reason. In the same way, the German national team has help from the referees, I remember once when they played against Slovenia, it was a disaster, Slovenia's coach Vujović was on the verge of madness in that game. Fortunately this German nation is anti handball talent and will never achieve what Denmark, France and Sweden have done, even with the help of referees.
