Wonderful touching story. Never give up on your dreams. Mattie a kind caring figure skater is a great example of how to do the hard work to train after recovering from a knee injury to go back to her love of skating. I enjoyed the beautiful skating throughout the story.

At last a skating movie with actual skaters, young and a bit older. Nice to see practically whole routines as well, at the climax of the movie. Good for any young skater for motivation as well.
Id rather have good actresses with stunt doubles than real skaters who cant act. Im sorry but that blonde girl was emotionless.
I like that too. It is rare, for actual figure skaters to star in an ice skating movie.
I love this movie! I have seen it multiple times and it inspires me to reach for my dreams. Also I'm happy that this movie is one of the few "realistic figure skating movies". I like that Maddie and her friend Heather are actual competitive figure skaters which makes a big difference on how the sport goes. Way to go and thanks for uploading this!
Dreams unfortunately won't come true with only hard work. You also need resources and the necessary skills to begin with. I feel like this movie is the only one thats really touched on that. It bothers me how many movies give false hope.
It is possible to make your dreams a reality but it takes hard work to get that where you want to be it’s not impossible.

This is best inspiring movie not only for skaters but for Parents, for them to calibrate themselves of how their parenting is going so far.. Are they pressuring their child too much with sky high expectations or just right, with Godly motivations.

Being from the US, I am not familiar with most of the skaters, but I do remember seeing Elvis Stojko when I was young - so cool to see him on the ice again!
Elvis has always been one of my favorite skaters. Along with Brian Boitano, Kurt Browning, Scott Hamilton and Paul Wylie!!
A nice movie. I like how in the end Heather's parent especially her mom accepted her daughter the way she wanted to be... (kuddos to her supportive dad 🥹) made me cry ❤.

Oh, this is a lovely picture. And I really enjoyed it. All the actors were superb and made you feel totally at home together with the skills of those on the ice. Wow. It was really nice to see a warm ending to a movie. Because you do need to remind yourself every now and again that people can be really nice. And full of love for each other. Amen.

As personal reference I could possibly be a ice skater, but I decided to stay in the lowest rank performance.. The beggining it's always the hardest or so they say however this skill requires a great dicipline and effort... For a change this film focuses on the natural cycles of defeat or personal failures, the family-friends line support to lift others when they're down, The main highlight of the film being proactive set a mark by helping teens to find their calling and stay out of harm's way. , and teens using their talent to stay on board serve as mentors to kids while working on their own pontential and goals.. This is my 2nd time watching this 🎬 🎞 🎥 🎦 📽 🎟 🎬 movie. If I was a movie critic I would rate this A for a good family PG movie. I have always loved watching ⛸️ ice-skating movies. I always wanted to skate regularly in the winter but when one has limited funds one has to choose to do free activities. But maybe one day I will learn how to walk backwards like second nature and at the very least go to an ice skating rink in the future at least monthly during the winter for fun. But when I have ice ⛸️ skated on the 🧊 ice. It was always a lot of fun.
Love to watch the skaters, because I cannot skate, I think they are so graceful!

Ugh! That overbearing controlling mother was so aggravating! The black swan was very well suited for her daughter since she thought she had to be SO perfect...I am glad she was able to soften and she her daughter in the right light...thanks to the father saying something...good for him!!
