Soothing Relaxation I suffer a lot with sleep paralysis due to my anxiety/paranoia. My anxiety effects me most when I'm alone which is kind of a problem when u r single and trying to sleep in your bed 😂 but I found that listening to these piano songs helped me relax enough to sleep without my brain waking up in my paralysis stage of sleep (we all have different sleep stages, one of them is of our body paralysing itself to preserve energy. Some people's brains wake up during the paralysis stage and end up not being able to move for about 5 mins or so. It's scary) So thanks for posting these, it's one of the only things that helps me not stress and have a decent nights sleep x 🖤

hello.. my mom was hospitalized on march 24th 2017. I stayed with her at the hospital every night. to help her sleep I found this on KZhead and played it every night. On Monday April 3rd she stopped responding & wouldn't open her eyes. I layed in the hospital bed with her, got my phone and played this Music, 30 minutes later she took her last breath n shortly after that, her heart stopped beating. My mom passed peacefully on Monday 04.03.17 at 11:37 am. Thank you.

30s with this and my 2yr old is fast asleep. Nothing can be a better proof that this music indeed is darn relaxing.
I’ve been listening to this music ever sense I was 4-5. I’m now 11 and try so music still soothes me to sleep like a baby. This music holds memories to me like no other, such as times to listened to it in online third grade class cause my teach was boring or I was having a rough day so I would Sri k this music on and rock myself to sleep and all the pain would just go away like a lost soul finding the light it’s been searching for. I found this music after years of not eying able to find it and I’m so happy o did because it still luls me to sleep like a doves song, please continue to make sleeping music for all so we can all enjoy it with the love like I do.

Thanks, I wrote that when I thought I was happy, I am not doing too well, bc of depression I just want to drink, eat, and stay in my room with my cat, I am ALWAYS tired, no matter how much I sleep, my mom thinks I should just sleep even earlier, I don’t even want to, what’s the point if I am still gonna be tired, lately I have been thinking about self harming, no one would notice since I have cat scratches from playing with my cat, so it will just blend right in, but I don’t think I am THAT sad, at least not yet..

I’ve been listening to this for four years. What a trip. I would play this when I was scared of the dark but was tired, and when I simply didn’t like sleeping in silence.
This sound brings peace to my soul! I literally forget my pain and my worries and just focus on been still and at peace with my mind open and my vein feeling every sensation that comes with every key been played in the piano.
This music reminds me of my mom who died in a car crash when i was in the car and I survived but she didn’t and I am paralyzed now and I was hospitalized for 3 months Love You 💋❤️💕🥰Mommy🥰💕❤️💋 And I pray to her every night to help me stop getting bullied for being a transgender and getting beat up 🤕 every day😢😢😢😢😫😫 And this music reminds me of the happy😁 and fun times I had with my mom before she died😢😢😢 those days were fun 😍😍 but writing this comment makes me really sad cuz it reminds me of my mom and that makes me tear up and it reminds me when my mom died while i was hugging her when she died in my arms😢😢😢 Edit: Now I got friends who stand up to those mean bullies and protect me now I am so happy 😁 Now I feel safe and now living a better life and actually feel happy for once in this tough world😁😁😁
