  • Deepak, you're the only vlogger whose vlogs on the local foods of Punjab hve not only reached millions of people but the viewers have actually become a family. As a Punjabi, I would like for you to plan a series of episodes on the lost recipes of Punjab. You can find a historian and a professional culinary expert who has expertise on the traditional cuisine of Punjab. Also, Riyasati Food of Kapurthala, Patiala, Nabha, Faridkot, and a couple of other principalities can also be explored. There are very less traditional traces left of the old Punjab which I belive should be researched upon and brought to the knowledge of KZhead viewers. I wish you take this responsibility to educate, unite, and rejuvinate the spirit of Punjabiyat among our punjabis through food, culture and history. Try and find a professor of punjabi history and culture in your vlogs. I am sure there are people at the Khalsa University who can be of great help to you. Make them part of your vlogs so that the vidoes are much more educational. I belive this is possible and won't hurt your viewership as you have captured the attention of the viewers. Indians and espcially Punjabis are hungry for a well-researched series of vlogs that present the unknown or lost culture of our state. Thanks a lot, I love Pathankot. There was a time during my childhood, we used to visit Madhopur for a picnic at the Pari Wala Park that was located just on the banks of the Ravi, right where the Upper Bari Doabi canals start. There were mango orchards and the weather was always pleasant. Unfortunately, to make way for the Shahpur Kandi dam project, the entire Pari Wala Park was razed using bulldozers. My childhood memory has now been permanently lost. But it's still time that we capture and promote the remaining assets of Punjab's culture. Lots of love. Never knew that you were here recently.Otherwise i would have certainly invited u to my place which is situated at Mall Road ( thandi Sarak)..and would have taken u to see the Sainik School and Jagajit Club next to my residence..And also would have recommended lots of other eating outlets which are speciality of my Heritage City.Any how Deepak Bhai..
