You are literally by far the strongest one of them naturally, it's just that they have experience in lifting. I hope more of you can look into lifting differently than before if you were unsure. Stay safe everyone!💜 PS: I am an EMT, not a fireman. I just started volunteer fire recently but my main experience is in an ambulance. We use firemen on calls, hence the joke. I also want to clear up using “beaten to death” to really mean beaten badly and for a long period of time. Nerves got the best of me to relive it. EMS is how I am paying back the fire/pd officers who intervened and helped me. 💜

  • Love how healthy relationships between women athletes are. I don't always have the best luck making and keeping female friends but it's no problem at the gym. Sports is the best thing a girl can get into. Side note: Bre mentioned being surprised at small women lifting more. This is actually common. The smaller a person's limbs, the more concentrated muscle mass is and smaller the distance they have to move the weight.
