Due to the high pitch voice of a lot of the designers I only watch short tours or design shows; I often watch them with the sound muted. Thank you, I learned a lot. This is truly a stunning home, and I’m so happy to see something that’s not modern farmhouse! I love the use of painted cabinetry that’s not all white and in my favorite color, blue. I would love to see more of Anne Marie’s design work.

This is a lovely house, but so much brass that it feels a little throwback 🤔. Id worry my house looks older than it already is with all that. I do love the quartzite and white oak. Looks so organic and brings nature inside. Another thing that seemed a little weird is the windows in the tub nook looking directly at the neighbors house which means they can see in! I might have played with a skylight and height of the windows to take advantage of the light and views without losing privacy or having to use window coverings that pretty much defeat the purpose.

The new framed screen/TV's out there can blend pretty easily into decor. Also the use of Mantel Mount (the company) that lowers the TV to eye level over a fireplace is a must have for anyone wanting a TV over a fireplace. It will bring the TV down to eye level so you are not cranking your neck up to look at the TV... I recommend this to all my buyers when the only place for the TV is over the fireplace. It is a neck saver for sure!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home exudes an understated Elegance and sophistication without sacrificing function or comfort. The only item that I would have added would be a pot-filler at the stove in the classic white kitchen. In addition, I would have added a t.v.beutifuly framed which transforms itself into a beautiful painting or landscape when it's turned off, in the living room and the Primary bedroom. Needless to say, is a lovely home I hope it brings great memories to the family. Stay Safe & Healthy... Abrazos

It's absolutely gorgeous. However after learning they have lived there for an entire year I was disappointed to not see any personal touches, like family photos, it looks more like a staged home not a family home. None the less, it's fantastic and with some actual color, projects a very comfortable disposition. Well done.

I will not oppose for the ideas put into this home. The details are spot on and the feel is very warm and cosy. Good job for the mix of classic and modern concept. I am not sure about wood flooring in the bathroom though. Pot filler is one of my favorite part of the kitchen which is missing (it may not be included on the actual built of the home prior to renovation). I would definitely add led lights underneath the kitchen cabinets and inside those glass cabinets.

I love this home. I love the subtle mix of styles. Light oak is in now. I just put all dark hardwood floors in my house. But I love them. I think they are so pretty. guess I redid my house a year too early.

Beautiful home and finishes! Can you give me more details on the wood finishes used in this home. I love the stain and finish.
My only dislike was the “foxy” daughter’s shower/door w/black hardware. It was like that bathroom was stuck mid-renovation & didn’t know if it traditional or modern. The warm beige, gold, wall covering & then the stark white tile & black trim shower & fixtures were confused. The rest of the home is gorgeous!

Budget is a very subjective term. A budget can be 200k or 10 million dollars.

The house is amazing looking. I only had one issue. She didn’t take her bag off. I was trying to figure out what the chain was and then saw the bag. Was she afraid someone was going to rob her in the house? LOL!!! Does anyone know the name/brand of blue paint in the office? It’s the perfect blue. I’m now subscribed.

Beautiful house, love the kitchen. The only thing I didn’t care for was the single side sconce in the bathrooms. Sure, it looks nice but I need light from both sides to properly apply makeup. Otherwise, the house was lovely.
