  • Holy moly I LOVE the idea behind fake peppino. A clone of you, but everything just feels... Off. Everything is wrong, reversed, and everything feels like a hellhone that you can't escape, thus the name pizza time never ends. And the fact the song feels off and even unstable just adds to this faver dream like feeling. And then the failed clones appear, making you question what's even happening anymore. Such a well written boss, fitting it was kept under cover throughout the whole game.

  • Honestly, this take on Fake Peppino feels fresh as hell. People either interpret him as a jovial, loving thing just misled or a savage skinwalker. This slams those two ideas together and feels way more original than other takes on him.

  • I like to think that each boss teaches Peppino something. Pepperman teaches him to not do the same thing over and over, and to not be cocky. The Noise teaches him to not cling to the past. Fake Peppino/Pseudough teaches him to not be focused on only work, and to take some time to himself. At least, that's what I'm getting from these songs.

  • I like how Fake Peppino's tone shifts from wanting to make Peppino a pizza topping to wanting to CONSUME Peppino in hopes that his pizza making knowledge will transfer to him. It shows how Fake Peppino is so sick of not knowing how to make good pizza, failing over and over again. Always trying to emulate Peppino's pizza. So eventually, he thought "If Peppino becomes part of me, I'll become whole, I'll become what I was always supposed to be."

  • can I just say how much I love how you interpreted fake peppino’s speech here? most fanart or fanfiction I see has him speak backwards, which works for that medium, but obviously wouldn’t work for a song, so having him speak in malapropisms is really a clever way to keep his “backwards” vibe while still making him intelligible

  • Jesus. I can't tell what's scarier- The subtle horrors of Fake Peppino's replication and reason for existence, or the upfront horrors of this whole fight being a glorified metaphor for burnout. And especially Peppino's "but I'm fighting a wall, it never ends". He loves what he does, but the necessity of it all is eating away at him, and at times, it feels like there's no end to the work and no light on the other side.

  • I gotta say for what is seemingly the last Pizza Tower cover on your channel, you and your team forking outdid yourself. I like how you gave Fake Pep more exposition than the og game, like going more in depth about how he was created and trained by pizzahead. I also love how you interpreted Peppino seeing Fake Peppino as an embodiment of his grueling work life and flaws as a struggling business owner.   • Something about “You’re so close to joining the LOSING TEAM!” feels oddly clever to me Obviously it’s part of his sparse Bizzaro-esk talk where he says the opposite of what he means, but it also fits perfectly even when not taken in that context as that final chase has the possibility of Peppino finally losing, joining the Losing Team as a result. A lot of his Bizzaro dialog can be oddly taken directly as it’s said and still makes sense without the knowledge he’s not saying what he means

  • While the choice of doing Fake Pep's boss theme with lyrics made me a little unsure due to his spoilery nature, this is very much a treat. you mixed in his goober nature along with his eldritch proportion, very epic
