You make it look so easy and your bears are great.... But being an artist must help? I'm not a good drawer and yet I want to carve,,, simple gifts for friends. Thanks for sharing your videos...
I’m sure being an artist helps . Things may seem easier than they are sometimes. The joys of editing.lol You could always start with power carving. A Dremal 4000 or 4300 and a flame burr from saburrtooth tools would be a great way to try out carving.

Kevin Williams if you do make sure you have some safety gear . I have a link in the description you can follow to find some .
Kevin Williams check some of my other carving videos , they might help you out . Start with a simple bear print out a few pictures for reference and give it a go . Be safe and good luck .

the seat board should have been set out further ?
I think that it sits comfortably. Plus the customer is happy with it .👍🏻. I always sit on them to make sure they are comfortable before saying they are done .
