90 kgs to 53 kgs 💪🏻 What I Eat In A Day ? Intermittent Fasting ❤️
I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for the past 3 years, and after so many request I started this #getfitwithmercy to motivate my dear insta fam to start IF with me this 2022 🤍
Here are my meal ideas 💡 I’m not a certified person please consult your doctor for more info ❤️
I start my day with a glass of warm water and keep drinking water or green tea without sugar till I break my fasting.
Since it’s 16:8, we will be eating for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours. In this video I have included all three meals so you can choose your own desired time ✨
BREAKFAST OPTIONS ( choose any 1 )
Brown bread with peanut butter, omelette, 2 boiled eggs, fruits , smoothies
LUNCH OPTIONS
Take brown rice instead of regular white rice.
Eat your regular home cooked curries. Acid fried foods and oily foods.
Take more veggies and small portion of rice.
I used these kind of lunch boxes so I’ll know how much I’m eating.
SNACKS TIME
Coffee / Tea with 2-3 biscuits
DESSERT
Sesame balls , nuts , dates and peanuts
DINNER OPTIONS
If your eating all three meals try to keep your dinner light.
Salads or soups or one piece of chicken bbq
Try to finish your dinner by 7 and have only no calorie drinks after that. Just black tea or coffee without milk or sugar.
I’m content with this diet and once a week I eat from outside. And if we have biriyani at home I make sure to eat my second meal very light such as a bowl of oats or soup 🍜
And that said, I workout 🏋️♀️ 4-5 times a week. Even if it’s for 15 mins I try to do it.
Exercise and healthy diet ✨this was not a easy journey but definitely worth 🤍 I’m so happy I chose this lifestyle, it’s made me happier and healthy ❤️ INSIDE OUT ☀️

It’s all about portion control. I have cut out junk. Daily exercise or 10k steps. More protein in diet. I lost 14lbs in 2 months. Ever since I started calorie counting I am actually eating MORE because I am eating 80% healthy foods. Only junk in my diet is homemade pizza once a week. Edit- Lost 26lbs total From Feb 19,2023-July19,2023. Gained muscle also. Edit2 - Feb 19, 2023- October 18, 2023 - went from 172lbs to 138lbs.
Hey I have been doing intermittent fasting for months along with home workout and 30 mins walk but i haven't even lost 1 kg coz i couldn't cut off junk. I really try to eat healthy but just cannot control my cravings, i eat something unhealthy every alternate day. How do i control my cravings and how often can i eat a little bit junk?
@@aditidwivedi6719 to be honest, the only way I was able to cut out the junk was by not bringing it in the house. Try to find alternatives. For instance, I cannot live without chocolate. So 1-2x a week, I eat dark chocolate covered almonds (6 pieces only). This is much better than eating a whole chocolate bar (which I used to do weekly). Also, chips are my weakness. So I just don’t buy them at all. I have 0 self control with chips. What I do is buy an indian snack mix. Get one cup of it and mix it with pico de gallo to satisfy those chips cravings. If you eat 3 proper, fulfilling meals and stay away from the kitchen, you will not have those cravings. I eat in the kitchen and then stay in my room until next meal. I noticed I ate a lot when I sat in the living room near kitchen. Not anymore. Also, it’s ok to treat yourself once a week but keep control of your portion. I literally bought those measuring cups to make sure I could see how much I was eating. What I thought was one cup was actually 1/3 cup so I was eating more because of the true measurements. Also, eat carbs but not too much. I eat pasta once a month. When I do, I always have a plate full of salad with it. Eat more salad honestly. Less calories, more filling, and you eat less carbs this way.
@@karanbhela2590 Hey thanks a lot for replying, i have started cutting off junk food from today and I'll continue it for atleast 15 to 21 days to see if i actually lose a little bit of weight or not. I don't do intermittent fasting on weekends but i still won't eat any junk or just a little bit. One more question is that i have an habit of eating mouthfreshners too that have salt and sugar in it like khatti meethi goli, do i need to stop eating that too? Also what about those packaged snacks that claim to be healthy? Can i eat those?

@@aditidwivedi6719 read the nutritional info of whatever you want to eat and then decide if you want to consume those calories. When you calorie count, it’s still ok to go a little over sometimes but make sure these calories are healthy calories. Most of the “healthy” snacks can end up being 400 calories of emptiness. I have opted for protein bars as snack. Protein bars with less than 1g sugar. Sugar is your main culprit. Make healthier snacks. Many times if I want a snack, I will eat apple slices with peanut butter. Or make a smoothie. Or 10 assorted nuts. Or fruit. Or like I said indian snack mix (1cup no more) mixed with little chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers, and lemon (delicious). My salad is always double the carbs. I don’t know if there is any problem with mouth freshener gum or goli unless you’re eating one box a day. Sugar free gum helps. Also, you don’t have to be super strict. You just have to cut out the junk. You can still enjoy food.
I lost 16kg in 3 months. Fasting, low carb and exercising. So grateful for the weight loss😊

64kg to 50kg ~ I did home chores for 4 months continuously and running to grocery stores to and fro 5 times a day. That’s it! Easily I reduced weight. Diet: morning : bread with butter and peanut butter / oats w blueberries, honey without milk. Lunch: Rice, fried chicken and stir fried veg. Dinner: Pancake and fried fish. Supper Chocolate milk (Meiji). Drink 3L water per day. This is what I did. Lost 14kg

increase your physical activity throughout the day. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the store instead of driving, or performing physical chores like cleaning the house or doing yard work.
I live on the G floor so no walking, the store is 5k away from home so not viable and I am handicapped so no physical activity😪

If you are eating salad i night dont take it after 7-7:30 pm. Salads take a lot if time to digest. One od the primary thing about fat cut is to improve digestion system aswell. One more tip dont srink water before or after 1hr of having food. These smalls tioa will help immensely.

It’s all your personal choice. The rule is to fast 16 hours. Starving and reducing weight doesn’t makes the process fun. I do it the healthy way and lost 35 kgs now.

I do 2 small breakfasts, one at 8am and another around 10:30-11am. Then lunch around 5 and I’m done for the day. And of course 4L of water(16 glasses). If i feel ever feel cravings of hunger, I eat handful of makhanas.
Don't be over hydrated..drink water only as per your body requirements
I do one hour of gymming, 3-4km walk and I spend most of my day standing( I prefer to stand and work). I think 4L works for me.

If you are 80 kg you need to drink 4L, 1L/20 kg that's the ratio, but hard to follow

If you don’t mind me asking, what is your height ?
This is not a sustainable diet. This can cause EDs. Once she starts eating normally she's at the risk of gaining more weight than before. So try to add more veggies, protein and greens to your diet and do your favourite physical activity. Stay active. Don't eliminate junk foods just try to eat them a lil bit every now and then. Coz if you restrict, you are going to binge. Be mindful of that. Also learn how to face your problems instead of depending up on food to make you feel better.
Junk food is junk, it belongs to the trash can , shouldnt be normalised at all as they contain reused cooking oil which has severe side effects (FSSAI Study) and they have other banned substances like monosodium glutamate for getting people addicted. People who prepare these have no regard for your long term health ( includes healthy organs, not just lean body ) and rahi baat binge eat ki toh if you hate it enough, youll throw it into the dustbin before having it. Also mostly the weight which is lost or gained pretty fast is water weight depending on how much carbs and sodium one consumes and also the amount of sweating from cardio. Thats why body fat percentage is used instead of body weight bs among serious athletes.
It's 100 % sustainable ..only have to manage daily calories Intake after loosing the weight.. don't demotivate or confuse others who want to do that
How long did it take for you to lose that weight?
Before marriage I was 48 kgs and after marriage I started to gain weight way too fast... At 60 kgs I started to feel insecure about my looks... My husband is a big foodie so there was no way I can control my diet. Joined gym, did yoga nothing worked... Did intermittent fasting with same food I was eating. Lost 10 kgs in 6 month... Now pregnant and planning to start intermittent fasting after delivery too... U doesn't have to at fancy or anything special in this. That's what good about this fasting.
Intermittent fasting isn’t always about eating all healthy food. You could eat McDonald’s all three meals a day and still lose weight, just not as quickly. It’s about exercise and water intake. Cut out all soda and only drink water or flavored waters. Exercise 1-2 hours a day or walk 10,000 steps (5 miles) a day.
So you basically dont know anything about IF

I eat 1000 calories everyday and I do workout for 30 mins everyday through which I burn 400 to 500 calories everyday I don't eat sugar or processed food or any junk food that's how I've lost 12 kgs in last 6months If you do mindful eating and count calories and decrease your carbs intake losing weight is not that tough😌
1000 cals is not enough. do you think you're a small dog? not to be mean but you're gonna eventually murder your metabolism and your body is gonna think you're going through a FAMINE and store fat. make your body burn the fat for you, work on your metabolism by gaining muscle and improving your diet.

Most muscular animal ox is a vegetarian and does not eat protein!! So one thing is its individual body composition... Eat what ur family followed d ur grand parents followed.. Reduce the portion whatever u eat because we are no more walking or doing physical activities how our grand parents used to do... Reduce the qty add littlebit exercise and enjoy weight loss

A genuine question: Did you get loose skin? I m trying to lose weight and the only thing that worries me is loose skin
If you're working out throughout the process, you won't have loose skin. The skin is flexible which means it can contract according to the workout regime.

I'm as well losing weight from 90 to 50 kg and here are some tips to avoid loose skin 1) lose the weight in a long healthy sustainable way 2) dry brushing 3) eat lots of collagen 4) build muscle to fill in the fat that you are going to lose

I think if ur trying to loose weight, you could eat anything except maida and sugar which should be prohibited strictly. Also u can eat oily food but only sometimes not everyday .
