1 Tomato with 3 eggs! Quick breakfast in 5 minutes. Super easy and delicious omelet recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
3 eggs
salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Mix well
100g green onion
Chop
Add to the egg
Mix well
Medium-low heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
1 tomato
Slice
Place the tomato slices in the pan
Pour the egg in the pan
Mozzarella cheese
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!

  • Wow this has become my favourite omlete recipe, I sometimes also add other vegetables such as onions, and pepper, and ham which I start in the pan beforehand and it tastes so good

  • I often do this but add a handful of spinach to the pan as well. It is a meal that keeps me going for most of the day.

  • that looks so good. I do get very creative with eggs especially when I scramble them and frequently put turmeric in them. Of course I love black pepper and I’ll throw spices in scrambled eggs to but I don’t really put salt and eggs. Don’t think you need to you can do a lot of nice recipes even avoiding the butter but I always put olive oil as a base and I leave out salt by black pepper is always a must the rest is up to you.

  • Imam malu ekipu, ja i supruga stalno radimo i nemamo baš vremena da napravimo klasičnu večeru. Osim vikendom i to nam je jako teško zbog njih. Pokušavamo to vikendom nadoknaditi..onda ovako tražimo raznorazne recepte da i sebe iznenadimo. Vama u svakom slučaju veliko hvala. Između ostalog zato sam odlučio da naučim da kuham.
