I made my oats with a table spoon of peanut butter, 8g of chocolate chips, pinch of salt, some sugar and milk. Much nicer combo if you’re not keen on basic oats with some fruit.
Just a casual thank you for your low calorie tips. The yoghurt jelly bowl and cruskits w/ ham and cottage cheese have been game changers. At my peak a few years ago, I was 134kg and basically 50% BF, unhappy and unhealthy. When my second son was born 6mths ago, I got back into the gym and tracked my calories and macros. Im now down to 102 (18kg down in 6 months) and around 25% BF and feeling so much better within myself. Still a long journey ahead, but your videos have definitely helped ❤️

I dislike oats but they’re helping with my gut issues - here’s my trick: I blend the following ingredients into a pudding/porridge-like consistency: 50g glutenfree oats 25g protein powder (chocolate/vanilla) 20g chia seeds 250ml of coconut-rice milk / oat milk 250g low fat curd cheese 125g of blueberries (topping) You end up with 63g protein, 56g carbs and 16g fats at 650kcal. (You can add a little honey or maple syrup if it’s not sweet enough.)

Recently switched from regular oats to protein oats and it's been pretty good. My body digests oats in no time and u get pretty hungry in 2-3h. Protein oats can give me an extra hour of energy and fullness.
a great hack for washing blenders is to rinse it and add a little dish soap and water and blend again, that way it's way easier to clean!

For oatmeal all I do is 1cup of oats , 1/2 cup of almond milk and than microwave is for 2mins sometimes 2:30 and than after that 1 spoon of peanut butter mixed in

Sugar free maple syrup makes it much better too. Just don’t mix in your protein powder when it’s still hot or it’ll get grainy
I always hated oats until I started making them on the stove. Get whole grain oats, toast them with cinnamon until fragrant, start adding a little bit of whatever milk you like bit by bit until cooked to your desired texture. I then put Greek yogurt, protein granola, and banana. Boom 50+ grams of protein and it’s actually good.

More of a corn grits and farina fan but I always put protein in them. Nice tip I think I always like adding plain unflavored and unsweetened protein powders to my food rather than drinking something sweet or adding sweet things to my yogurt etc. and I wish I saw more content about adding supplemental protein into your already existing diet. Too many deserts and snacks or specific flavors you’re supposed to drink.
Plain white rice is actually delicious. I would eat bowls of it alone. It’s slightly sweet.

I make a big cokie with 60g of oats, 5 grams of cacao, 2 tablespoons of coco powder, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 20 grams of dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 egg and 40ml of egg whites and it tastes good! I also eat it alongside with nuts, almonds, caju and 1 fried egg
I fry it in the air frier. It has lots of protein, carbs, healty fats and micronutrients!

Try cook ayam goreng gandum. Combination of chicken and oatmeal. The taste is exceptional.
Dont mix dry protein powder into cooked oatmeal. Add water/milk to the powder and get it into a smooth liquid/paste consistency before stirring it in. This will help avoid that nasty ass clumpy grainy texture you'll get otherwise.

I have oats every morning with either a banana, apple or blueberries and with either nuts, peanut or dark chocolate. But I think I'm the only who cooks the fruit and everything else with the oats rather then put it in last.. I cook it in the microwave with the fruit and whatever else then mix it all together while its all hot which I never see anyone do!! It's honestly the best rather then adding cold fruit ect in

Here’s my ideal bowl of oatmeal: old fashioned oats 1 serving made to package instructions. Add sliced banana, blueberries, peach, dates or raisins, plus almonds, ground flax, cinnamon and milk. My mom doesn't let me take protein powder (and she had like no arguments and some really bad ones) so i make my own with, 1-2dl oats,o e banana, peanuts, vanilla "curd" (I don't find the right transaction in English of "kvarg/vanilla kvarg" in Swedish but "kvarg" is like a thick youghurt but healthier,more protein etc), than because I'm only 15 and I feel that I'm skinny even tho I ain't skinny I sometimes add anything like Barry's or ice cream or anything, and last I fill it up with whole milk before mixing it in the blender And that's my thick homemade protein shake
Oiii nice! At the end of the day though, you dont need protein powder so i wouldnt stress too much! 1 scoop of protein powder is roughly equivalent to 100g of cooked chicken breast so you can always have that as an alternative 👌🏼
