This lagos calaba coaster road makes zero sense to me, how can a country decide to block all his beach front with a road why other countries are turning theirs to a tourist destination, una mumu no too much?

Rather, it will increase the beauty and business in the ares. The only things that will destroy are unapproved extensions that were built on 30 meters belongs to gorvernment.
