Switzerland has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world! I recently returned from a week in the beautiful country and I want to show you my favorite places. I started the journey in Appenzell, then headed over to the beautiful Jungfrau region, after we visit the beautiful areas of west and south Switzerland! Epic vlogs coming soon :)

    • Chasing Sunshine By Veronica i prefer the summer time( Jul, Aug), I’m living in Liechtenstein, the neighbor of Switzerland, summer is the best time to travel here, you can have overview from the mountains, hiking is favorite activity of my family, you can do more outdoor activities, sightseeing. That’s just my point of view, i hope it will help you to have a good decision.

    • @@martinkulik9466 Everything. Public transport, the activities, food, renting a car, taking the gondola, getting on a ferry, staying in hotels, etc... Of course you can find loopholes, like supermarkets instead of restaurants, but this will ruin the quality of your stay. Supermarkets are expensive too, compared to global prices.

    • I know 😩 I moved here 6months ago, but between the train costs and the gondolas I often find it cheaper to spend a weekend in Germany, Holland, France literally almost any other country in western Europe 😂😂

    • Yeah, exactly, that's why salary is so high here in Swiss. When u compare it with prices, it is much better to pay food 2 times more, but have salary 3-4 times biger.

  • I went to Switzerland when I was 18. It was like landing on the moon. I’d never seen anything like it. Jagged peaks piercing the sky wherever you look. And behind that? Even taller jagged peaks piercing the sky. Sometimes there was a 3rd layer. It was absolutely unreal

    • I hear ya! I went to Switzerland when I was 15 and it was phenomenal. Simply breathtaking. Swiss alps, went up to Mount pilatus, we went to lucerne and our tour guide gave us 2 hours of free time. Best experience ever. Found some of that Swiss chocolate and great pizza lol

  • Lauterbrunnen, I literally cried when I first laid eyes on this incredibly beautiful village. I've been blessed to travel but, this little village with cows, goats and working farms surrounded by incredible views takes the cake. I could die there and be happy about it! 😢

    • Is this a joke? In 100-150 depends the speed there will be no more agriculture land in switzerland. From Geneve to Austrian Border just a big city. And every attempt to slow down the extinction was refuted by the swiss people. They want this so enjoy it. Our ancestor fought for freedom not to become a paradise for eritrean conscientious objectors and european immigrants.

  • I had to visit Ticino ! I live near Lausanne and I know the most of the mountains in the French part of Switzerland. The landscapes of Ticino are just awesome *-* I recommend to visit the edge of le lac Léman (Geneva Lake) but the opposite from Geneva side. Montreux, le Bouveret, and Chillon Castel...   • I have been to over 75 countries and I can tell u that my home country Switzerland still amazes me everytime I go for a hike or a bike ride. It is maybe not a budget destination but for sure u get much for your money if u love mountains, rivers and lakes. As for this video I am happy to see that u mentioned some of the truly best places of switzerland. You should also go and see the Aletsch Area in Wallis and St. Moritz. And for next time please spend some coins more and buy the real good swiss chocolate and an ice tea from migros. Thats more swiss than the american fast food or coke ;)

I live near Ponte Brolla (Valle Maggia) Locarno😛👋🤣 There are many other places you haven't visited and you should try Swiss specialties food and not Mc Donald 😱😓🤮. Look at: Canton Graubünden, Engadin Piz Bernina (Val Roseg) Samedan, Pontresina (Diavolezza, Lagalb) Lago Bianco, St.Moritz (Corvatsc) Davos (Jacobshorn) Canton Fribourg: Gruyeres, This is where was born the specialty of cheese fondue, raclette...😋😜👍 however you are very kind and deserve to go back to Switzerland😉

I love how you didn't only stay on the beaten path but also visit lesser known places.   • Your drone shots are so so mind-blowingly good. The sunset over the mountain one? Top tier cinematography. I went to Switzerland last year, and I miss it so much. Interlaken/Lauterbrunnen are pure magic. Alothough I want to explore other countries i can't help but want to go back!

  • Switzerland is beautiful. I went there in 1988 with my friend. We visited the Piz Gloria revolving restaurant in Murren.This was used in the James Bond movie " On Her Majestys Secret Service", as Blofelds premises, played by Telly Savalas.Its like heaven looking across the skyline on the mountaintop where the hotel is. All the clouds were below you, it's amazing. The Jungfrau mountain lights up gold when the sun hits it. Yes it's expensive,but it's an experience you'll never forget, and when I was single and had my own money, I didn't care how much things cost!

    • Spotless streets is not that true because of graffiti. In my opinion, Switzerland is one of the worst countries in Europe when it comes to this problem. And it's not only in the cities. For example, when you take the train along Lake Thun towards Interlaken, you see the majestic mountains and glaciers in the distance, but you also see tons of vulgar graffitis all along the way on walls and buildings. It kinda ruins the ambiance, not to mention the pollution of soil that it implies. And it seems to me they're not really doing anything about it.

  • The amount of swiss people "complaining" about mispronunciation is too damn high. We speak 3 (4) languages and a lot of us can't even understand people in the same country. So feel free to pronounce things as you wish. Im glad you enjoyed these places and you took some awesome shots. I'd like to see more.
