1. Donot peel fruit skin 2. Donot eat fruits with meal 2hrs bef or after a main meal 3. Minimise fruit in juice foods 4. Avoid refrigerated foods 5. Eat fruits from morning till 4pm Stay healthy Eat healthy ☺️

Rule 1: 0:55 Do not peel off skin of fruits like apple / chikooo. Wash them in warm water with saline salt to remove pesticides and chemicals. Rule 2: 2:25 Do not eat fruit along with meal. either 2 hours before or 2 hours after Rule 3: 2:55 Minimise consumption of fruits in juice form. Better to chew as far as possible to avoid loss of fibre and mix saliva in fruits Rule 4: 3:45 Avoid Refrigerating fruits Rule 5: 5:05 Ideal time to eat fruits from morning till 4pm

Apple 0:57, 2:27, 2:46, 2:54 Minimize juices, instead eat them up. 3:36. 3:45 avoid refrigerated fruits, 5:02 can eat fruits best is morning to 4pm (2hrs before/after meals).

Except for the refrigerated fruits- I had no idea about that, but you are SO right, because when I take my apples out of the fridge and time goes by while I eat, once they are room temperature I noticed that my digestion and elimination is WAY better, so thank you for bringing that to my attention!!! Fruit is LIFE!!

There's five points 1.avoid peeled fruit 2.don't get direct fruit juice, get it with fruit 3.don't eat with food ,eat after or before 1 hours of meal 4. Right time of eat fruits Morning to 4pm. 5.avoided refrigated fruit or after normal temperature eat it.

✓Don't peel the skin off ✓Never eat fruits along with meals ✓Minimise the consumption of fruits in juice form ✓Avoid refrigerated food( atleast keep it out for an hour or half hour)
One more thing to be added is that Eat only seasonal fruits Do not store cut fruits for more than 30min. As its nutrition level goes down. Thanks in advance 😻

It is nice to discover this channel, I've been getting more and more interested in where our energy and "mood" exactly comes from during our days, weeks and lives. What about eating whole fruits together with seeds/nuts/plant based milk/yoghurt/homemade granola or biscuits? Does this count as together with a meal? + as a tip, I also have read that it helps to put fruits in water together with baking soda to clean them (from pesticides) Thank you
