Dawn of the Planet of the Apes movement coach, Terry Notary, demonstrates how to move like apes.
Watch it now on Blu-ray™, DVD & Digital HD: bit.ly/DHDApes
Five years since its outbreak, the Simian Flu has wiped out half of humanity and left other primates...evolved. Now at the crossroads of two species’ destinies, you are an ape with advanced intelligence, captured and held prisoner in a heavily guarded scientific facility as mankind desperately searches for a cure. Your mission: confront human aggression as you climb, jump and shoot through the chaos of an apocalyptic world to escape with your fellow apes and return home to Caesar.

    • @@ericg1100 hey brother. Story is that I work as a stunt performer for film. And sometimes we get asked to portray creatures like animals and monsters. I worked on planet of the apes as well but not to his caliber. He was part of my audition process and taught valuable knowledge. The thing I remember most, "Chimps never waste movement. They don't go anywhere unless there is reason. His interest is peaked. And it's only instinctual things that peak his nature. Food. Fight. Or mating." I still keep that audition in mind for future works of mine.
