  • Last one was unique and pretty cool, but you can just buy a miter saw that does all that and more without the wobbly unstable bit. =) Also you could change "Make until $150,000 a yers." to "Make up to $150,000 a year." for better comprehensibility.

    @Ty-bz7zx@Ty-bz7zx8 ай бұрын
    • Umm, " ... but you can just buy a miter saw that does all that and more ... "? ["And More!" Are you in late night TV sales?] Yes, one could if, of course, one can fit it into their budget. "There's more than one way to skin a cat", as the old saying goes and that goes for this jig's function, as well. After all, it's a lot smaller than a miter saw and if all you're doing on the job site is framing, etc., then this is a lot lighter to lug around with your worm drive circular saw from spot to spot, and a heck of a lot quicker than than having to run back over to the miter saw every time you need to make another cut.

  • In the first jig, for the dowels, this jig design requires you to flip one piece when you assemble the parts which leads to problems. That's why the parts don't line up sideways.

  • Um, they sell those machined parts rather than having to hack and the boards did not end up square. I prefer my boards being square. The "frame" wasn't square either and had gaps. And 3 still not square and the same "hack" is accomplished with the use of another board OR squaring your board and using the board itself as the "other board" still uses the board you are cutting as a reference, larger really since you have added surface space.
