Battery Eliminator for Quansheng UV-K5 handheld radio - RX Noise Test

I bought a battery eliminator for my car and decided to check if it adds any noise on receive. After testing I decided to take it apart as well.
My conclusion that it's good for RX, but it heats up quickly on TX and I would at least add a bigger radiator if radio is used for TX.
In my case I plan to make USB-C adapter from this eliminator.
Also it looks like these adapters are not the same. Some of them use DC-DC transformers those might be more effective, but might be RF noisy as well. In my case there is no transformer inside.
