Meet Japan's Strongest Karate Girl - Yuna Mokudai | JAPAN PROS #5

Yuna Mokudai is currently one of the most promising young female karate fighters in Japan. At the age of 16, she won the All-Japan Full Contact Karate Championship and went on to win 1st place at the Asia Full Contact Karate Championship 2019, making her the most famous teenage karate girl in Japan. In this video, JapanPro went inside the Dojo where Yuna-san trains, saw her sparring with other top-notch competitors, and had a demonstration of her devastating kicking techniques.

    • i actually did that frequently before competitions, also during warm-ups hours into minutes before matches. that way when i took off my mask i felt liberated - the surge of power due to sudden increase in oxygen circulating in my blood helped me so much. but these guys had to wear masks since covid n stuff and imagine such harsh limitations implemented DAILY. not that i can do the same thing now that i'm practically out of shape after years of absence in any kind of physically intense training... works, you know what i mean?

    • @@pdaangsakti21 absolute cap lmao, masks DO NOT limit oxygen, if your mask limits oxygen then it is a faulty mask, no mask should ever hinder someone's ability to take in oxygen, its to filter not hinder
